SNOWED OUT TODAY!

Well, we may have been snowed out of church today... but the praise of God wasn't 'snowed out of our hearts' thankfully! Don't you just love God, and to praise and worship Him? I know I do, sometimes I even wake up at night with a song going through my mind. (hopefully I don't sing out in my sleep, Lord knows what that would sound like : { ..... But then He says to make a joyful noise, and thankfully He knows our hearts and if we are praising Him, He sees it as a joyful noise. And once in a while, I fall asleep praying.. ah, what a feeling to wake in His wonderful, gentle and loving arms. My God is an awesome God!

I am grateful for so many things today. Thankful for Jesus and His awesome sacrifice on our behalf. Thankful for God's plan for salvation. Thankful that God called, forgave and saved us. Thankful for my husband and our family, our simple little home and job, thankful for our wonderful and loving family, and then our extended family's. Thankful for the simple little life and home we have, and that our water didn't freeze nor the power go off! Thankful for the time we have to spend with others, and for worship and praise. Thankful for the church we did go to (but stopped because of the long distance), and the church we attend now (because of the closeness of it) and that they both are just BIBLE believing and God worshipping churches. And all the people are loving and caring. Thankful that we both have living mothers still, and that they are fairly healthy, and happy. Just plain ole thankful for so many things.. And glad to be able to openly Love and worship God! What a blessing!!! We just don't realize how lucky we really are.
