WONDERFUL WEATHER!

Hasn't it been beautiful today?

THANK YOU GOD FOR SUCH A BEAUTIFUL DAY!

WE SURELY APPRECIATE IT!

SO MANY OF US 'NEEDED' IT TOO, THANKS SO MUCH!
It's so pretty today that we decided to cook on the grill for supper.. ah our favorite way of "eating out!" Does your heart and soul good to enjoy these beautiful days. Even if I did work all day today, I really am grateful for it, especially since it is still so pretty.

The frogs out in the pond behind the house, and the little wet weather creek out beside the house, are really singing today, and have been for a few days now! Really sounds like spring! Now to get the windows open, and even better to keep them open 24/7. Now we are talking!! Two more days and SPRING IS HERE, or at least by the calendar. I am ready for it to be all spring weather! How about you?

Pray for my Mom please, she was really not herself today! Enough so, it was a little puzzling! I really worry about her, and stop by rather often to check on her. I pray this "sort of confused state won't last".. she just really wasn't herself! Scary! But nothing that God cannot handle, I am grateful that He's in our lives, He gives us the courage, hope and strength to make it through each day. Our God really is an awesome God! She has a few things she's asking me to do for her, some touch up painting (on something she is doing for my sister), and then something we (my husband and I) always do and have for over 20 years now, flowers for the cemetery. Maybe Saturday will be a good day! My 'other half' wasn't with me this evening, and we do everything we can together, thankfully! And that was fine with her also, and I'm glad. I wouldn't want to 'let her down either' , so I am glad that she wasn't in a real big hurry!

Can you believe how quickly another week has gone by? Gee, tomorrow is Friday already! Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining one bit, Fridays are good for me! : } Well, maybe I should say, Fridays are great with me. HA, PAYDAYS ARE BETTER, BUT I'LL TAKE FRIDAYS TOO, "IT'S ALL GOOD". And the weekend ALWAYS FOLLOWS FRIDAY ; ) But just seems like yesterday was Monday! Sometimes the days seem so long, but the weeks just flies by!

J.D. (our son) called today with really good news. We are both so glad for him, it's about time something comes his way! Thank You God for another answered prayer! Help him please so that things will work out even better than he's expecting or wishing for. Thank YOU.

And thankfully things worked out pretty good for Norman yesterday, he's really glad too (I think) But poor Homer and Missy are sure going to be lost for awhile! He's got them both spoiled rotten, and all three are loving it! And I am thankful too, give us a chance to get some things done around here. Lord knows we actually 'need' them done! ; )

Guess maybe I'll try to get this place semi decorated for Easter on Saturday too! I know, if I don't watch out, I'll plan more than I can get done, and that's aggravating! But, I will say "I hope to get it decorated" .. believe it or not, I didn't decorate for St Patrick's Day. Even though we did have a St Patrick's Day lunch last Sunday when NJ and the kids were here.

Dear God, thank You for Your love for us, and for forgiving and saving us. Thank You for Jesus and the sacrifice He made for us. Father, we are so grateful for beautiful days like today. We surely needed this one, and many more (if it be Your will). Thank You for my husband, our family, our extended families, our church families (both old and new) our friends, neighbors, and co-workers. Bless each of us please spiritually, physically, emotionally, mentally and financially, and help us to each live closer to You and in Your will for our lives. Please be with my sisters BJ and JD and be with my brother JW and bless and heal each of them, we know nothing is to big or to small for You to handle. Be with Mom please and help her with whatever her problems are. Help her with this confusion, and the pain in her back and legs and her breathing, and sleeping difficulties. Father, we thank YOU for all things, giving You our love, thanks, honor, praise and glory in Jesus Holy name, amen.
