HAS IT QUIT THAT RAINING YET?

"Ah, it's a shame to get my paws so muddy!"

This is Missy our precious one and only cat.

She hates getting dirty! And getting wet is even worse : /

Yep, it's Saturday. It's been so quiet today, except for the rain. So much for all the plans we had of working outside all day! But I have fixed two meals already, so I guess it's either me or the kitchen getting the 'workout'. The sun is out right now, but the rain has been doing more than it's share. We thought at one point that it set in for the day, to rain non-stop. But, then it quit as quickly as it started. So far, our plants are still looking good, thankfully! And we are looking forward to many nice tomatoes and peppers.. I still want to plant some cucumbers and maybe a few onions 'if I can find any onion sets now', it may be to late. That's us, day late and a dollar short. Ever had that problem ; /

Tomorrow is Sunday, the Lord's 'special' day, all days are His! And we are looking forward as always to be at church. I think that they are having something special this week, and lunch maybe. But we'll leave after the services, in case some of the family comes up. I love the people at church, but I love sharing time with our family also, and Sunday seems to be the only day we all have for that, because of work and such. I still haven't planned on what to serve yet,but I will.

And, I do hope that they have a wonderful time and church, and feel God's blessings upon them.

Dear God, thank You for being our GOD OF EVERYTHING, and for being unchanging over all these many years.Thank You for Your Son, and for Your perfect and unconditional love. Thank You for Your grace, mercies and blessings. Thank You for forgiving and saving me, and for forgiving my daily sins, help me please to forgive others and to be loving towards others, and to live pleasingly to You. Father, thank You for Norman, our love, health, closeness, happiness and our marriage. Thank You for our precious family, our extended families, our church families, our friends, neighbors and co-workers. Bless each of us please, SPIRITUALLY, physically, emotionally, mentally, financially (many have financial needs, we do also) and for inner peace and safety. Thank You for Mom's surgery being a success. Help Leisa please to get everything in order so she can have what needs to be done, done and get well. Bless our country please and guide our leaders, draw us all closer to You and in Your plan for our lives. Father, thank You for everything You do, we do appreciate Your extrema faithfulness.
