Don't Give Up, Don't Quit

When things go wrong as they sometimes will,

When the road you're trudging seems all uphill,

When funds are low and the debts are high,

And you want to smile, but you have to sigh.

When care is pressing you down a bit.

Rest, if you must, pray, and don't you quit.

Life is odd with its twists and turns

As every one of us sometimes learns.

And many a failure turns about

When he might have won had he stuck it out:

Don't give up though the pace seems slow -

You may succeed with another blow.

Success is failure turned inside out -

The silver tint of the clouds of doubt.

And you never can tell how close you are.

It may be near when it seems so far:

So stick to the fight when you're hardest hit

It's when things seem worst that you must not quit.

Don't give up, trust in God

He knows the way, and will help you on

He has His way, and answers prayers.

Don't give up, just give it up to Him.

Anguish, pain, doubts, troubles and fears

Have a way of over whelming us

Don't tell Him how Big your problems are

(He already knows)

Tell your problems how Big God is.

HE IS PLAYING FOOTBALL THIS YEAR..

THEY PLAYED THEIR FIRST GAME THIS PAST

WEDNESDAY NIGHT..

AND EVEN THOUGH THEY LOSS, THEY

HAD PUT MANY HOURS OF PRACTICE IN ..

SO THEY NEED ENCOURAGEMENT, LOVE AND UNDERSTANDING

WE LOVE YOU NATHAN, KEEP TRYING BUBBA!

NATHAN LEE, chilling and looking TOUGH!

You Can Change 'Your' Team

You cannot change the whole team,

But you can present the team with one improved person -

Yourself.

You can go to work on yourself to make yourself

Into the kind of person you admire and respect.

You can become a role model and set a standard for others.

You can control and discipline yourself to resist acting

Or speaking in a negative way

Toward anyone for any reason.

You can insist upon always doing things the right way,

Rather than the hurtful, disrespectful way.

By doing these things each day,

You can continue on your journey

Toward becoming an exceptional human being.
And adding to your team, and the rest of your life

And pray for Norman's brother Coyd,

and his broken ankle..

he has a broken hip and other health issues.
