DON'T YOU JUST LOVE THE COLORS OF AUTUMN?
As usual, I stopped by Mom's right after work today.She was in a lot of pain. That cancer must be horribly painful
because she just isn't one to complain, and is trying her
best not to complain.. It's just the way she is ; )
Along with SWEET, PRECIOUS, AND SO SPECIAL
THANK YOU GOD FOR HER BEING OUR LOVING MOTHER!
I didn't stay long today, she had taken a second pain pill..
and a nap does her so much good afterwords.
Jenna, bless her heart is pretty much living there at this point
and has been for a couple of weeks! THANKS GOD FOR
BOTH OF THEM! AND BETTY JO, CASSIE, JOHN, JONI AND
ASHLEY TOO! SHE APPRECIATES THE "EXTRA EFFORT THEY
ARE MAKING TO HELP HER AND SPEND TIME WITH HER"
WE DO ALSO, ESPECIALLY SINCE IT MAKES HER SO HAPPY!
(Norman and I are both fighting colds
and don't want to take a chance sharing them with her)
But I did take her a Coke.. (made her smile) even though she
has cokes in the kitchen! Go figure!!
She told me that she wants me to make her some taco's
So tomorrow evening "Lord's willing" I will stop by and make
her some taco's (with the works) , Mexican rice, re-fried beans, salsa,
diced tomatoes, peppers,onions and shredded lettuce..
Hopefully Norman will run by the store for the veggies while
I am working, and it will give him something to do also.
HOPE SHE LIKES THEM.. then again, she's so easy to please
(as long as you realize that she eats VERY LITTLE)

As far as we know Nathan has another ball game tomorrow night..
I don't think they have many more this year?
Sorry I didn't get to see the one last night..
And I didn't go to the one the Wednesday before (I was at Mom's)
I guess we shouldn't go tomorrow night either (because we are
fighting these colds, but we'll see. We feel like we need to try to
show up as much as possible to show support! Hope it's dry and
NOT WINDY OR COLD!

I hope to take Anna's "American Girl Doll" FELICITY
home to her tomorrow. Finally I have had the sense this
evening to put her in the car, so I don't forget!
My little mind, is so overtaken by 'trying to help and be there
for Mom, that I just cannot think'
Felicity had to have surgery due to what must have
been a terrible accident LOL..
Anyway, she's had days to recover now, so the time
has come to return her to Miss Anna
(don't worry Anna, Felicity is fine.. better than I expected)
