GOD BLESS MY MOTHER, PLEASE

MOM IS STILL HANGING IN THERE..

HOLDING ON TO LIFE.

Yesterday after she was un-responsive for hours on end,

she finally came out of that..

But she has been so terribly confused.

Today she seemed to know everyone, as she did later on

yesterday evening.

But today when she mentioned that
THE ONLY PERSON SHE HAD SEEN YESTERDAY

WAS DAD. (he died 20 plus years ago)

SHE SAID, "JOE CAME.. HE DIDN'T SAY MUCH EXCEPT

FOR ME TO BRING JUSTIN WITH ME WHEN I COME.

BUT HE SMILED AND WAVED, AND JUST WAITED.

WE HAD A NICE TIME"

Then later when ask by my niece about my nephew Joe,

she said, "no, he wasn't here, only Joe, your granddad

we talked a little, but he stayed and visited"

(and there had been 50 some people there yesterday!)

Today, her hospice nurse said "that her seeing and talking

about the "deceased" is a sure sign that her time is short..

From all that they have found out over the many years.

(of course we know that only God knows when her time is up)

She's ready, and she's said she'll be glad when it's over!

But we will surely miss this precious lady!!

At the same time, we don't want her to suffer!!

I am going to try to go back to work tomorrow..

We were busy at Mom's today, for and with her..

Guess I'll try to get in whatever time that I can until

I am really needed, and just go after work like I have everyday

for the past 3 plus weeks.. This way we all take turns and it's

a little easier on everyone. Laundry, cleaning, dusting,

meals, beds, floors, shopping, (just everyday things)

But, none of us are complaining about being there and the

work we are doing, or the help we are giving..

GLAD TO DO IT!

Betty Jo and Jenna are staying with her again tonight.

But barring any other problems, I think Betty Jo is going back

to Hay Market tomorrow.. her school class is waiting on her. : )

Cassie went on back to Abbington today, her daughter,

husband and work awaits her..

John, Joni and Ashley went back to South Carolina yesterday,

school waits for Ashley, work for the other two.
