NICE! A FAMILY DAY ; ) thanks Norman and Leisa

WE HAVE ALL BEEN SO BUSY LATELY,

THAT IT WAS NICE JUST HAVING A 'FAMILY DAY'

(even if Norman J. worked all day)

Nathan and Abigail spent the night here last night..

Then today Norman and Leisa came up for a good while.

He worked just about the whole time he was here

(and we appreciate it, he's such a sweet fella)

IT WAS REALLY NICE JUST ENJOYING THEIR COMPANY!

Oh, Norman was burning some brush.. had a big ole

fire going from time to time.. we all sat out and enjoyed

the "camp fire" (my boys grew up camping and with campfires)

"BRINGS BACK HAPPY MEMORIES"

THEN I DID MAKE THEM A PIZZA STEAK SUB..

IT WAS THE LEAST I COULD DO.

I THINK MAYBE EVERYONE LIKED IT BUT ABIGAIL..

(without thinking, I put peppers and onions in the sauce)

So later, I fixed her two bowls of chicken noodle soup..

Nathan ate one also.

TODAY I WAS TOLD THAT MY BROTHER TIM

IS IN THE ICU AT GREENBRIER HOSPITAL..

(he had kidney failure,) ; ( GOD BLESS!

I HOPE HE IS SOON BETTER WITH A FULL RECOVERY.

YOU ARE IN OUR PRAYERS!

Well, I am ashamed, I didn't go to Mom's yesterday

(just in case that Norman's upset tummy ended up being

a virus.. I didn't want to risk giving her something and making

her sick on top of all she's already fighting)

And, : ( I didn't call today. I kept thinking I would, and just

never did. SHAME ON ME!

I WILL CALL OR GO OVER TOMORROW, FOR SURE

"LORD'S WILLING"

BESIDES: THIS IS JOHN AND JONI'S WEEKEND TO BE WITH

HER, AND I FEEL LIKE EACH OF US SHOULD HAVE A LITTLE

PRIVATE TIME WITH HER.. "GOD BLESS!"

Barbara told me Friday evening that her brother is doing

some better! Hopefully even got to go home. THANKS GOD!

And I don't know about her Mother at this time,

hopefully she's doing better too!

TIM IS BETTER BUT HE IS STILL VERY SICK. HIS KIDNEYS WERE SO INFECTED HIS BODY RETAINED SO MUCH FLUID THAT IT EVEN AFFECTED HIS LUNGS AND HE HAD TROUBLING BREATHING. HE IS STILL IN ICU UNDER A LOT OF DRUGS. "BOY, YOU JUST NEVER KNOW, DO YOU?"
