YES, TODAY IS MONDAY, BUT...

YES, IT IS MONDAY, BUT...

THIS IS THE DAY THAT THE LORD HATH MADE
This is the day, this is the day
That the Lord hath made, that the Lord hath made
We will rejoice, we will rejoice
And be glad in it, and be glad in it
This is the day that the Lord hath made
We will rejoice and be glad in it
This is the day, this is the day That the Lord hath made
I will enter His gates with thanksgiving in my heart
I will enter His courts with praise
I will say this is the day that the Lord has made
I will rejoice for he has made me glad
He has made me glad, He has made me glad
I will rejoice for He has made me glad
He has made me glad, He has made me glad
I will rejoice for He has made me glad ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

CHICKENS CAN'T FLY
Don't spend major time with minor people.
If there are people in your life that continually disappoint you, break promises, stomp on your dreams, too judgmental, have different values and don't have your back to cry on during difficult times…that is not a friend.

To have a friend, be a friend. Sometimes in life as you grow,
your friends will either grow or go.
Surround yourself with people who reflect your values,
goals, interests and lifestyle.
When I think of my successes, I am thankful to God from whom all blessings flow, and to my family and friends that enrich my life.
Over the years my address book has changed because I changed for the better.

At first you think that you are going to be alone, but after a while new people show up in your life that make your life so much sweeter and easier to endure.
Remember what your elders used to say, "Birds of a feather flock together."
If you're an eagle, don't hang around chickens: Chickens Can't Fly!

At the Henry Street Hebrew School,
the rabbi finished the day's lesson. It was now time for the usual question period. "Rabbi," asked little Melvin, "there's something I need to know." "What's that, my child?" asked the rabbi."Well, according to the Scriptures, the Children of Israel crossed the Red Sea, right?" "Right." "And the Children of Israel beat up the Philistines, right?" "Uh--right." "And the Children of Israel built the Temple, right?" "Again you are correct." "And the Children of Israel fought the Egyptians, and the Children of Israel fought the Romans, and the Children of Israel were always doing something important, right?" "All that is correct," agreed the rabbi. "So what's your question?" "What I need to know is this," demanded Melvin. "What were all the grown-ups doing?"
