1] Prayer is not a "spare wheel" that you pull out when in trouble, but it is a "steering wheel" that directs the right path throughout the journey. 2] So why is a Car's WINDSHIELD so large & the Rear View Mirror so small? Because our PAST is not as important as our FUTURE. So, Look Ahead and Move on. 3] Friendship is like a BOOK. It takes a few minutes to burn, but it takes years to write. 4] All things in life are temporary. If going well, enjoy it, they will not last forever. If going wrong, don't worry, they can't last long either. 5] Old Friends are Gold! New Friends are Diamond! If you get a Diamond, don't forget the Gold! Because to hold a Diamond, you always need a Base of Gold! 6] Often when we lose hope and think this is the end, GOD smiles from above and says, "Relax, sweetheart, it's just a bend, not the end! 7] When GOD solves your problems, you have faith in HIS abilities; when GOD doesn't solve your problems HE has faith in your abilities. 8] A blind person asked his friend: "Can there be anything worse than losing eye sight?" THANKS EVERYONE FOR YOUR PRAYERS ABOUT MRS TERRY (Norman's Mother) .. He said that she looked better on Wednesday afternoon/evening when we were there than she did on Tuesday when he saw her at Alleghany Regional..
However they were talking about putting stints in her heart today "Thursday" (we don't know how many yet, because we haven't talked to anyone yet) but when she was talking about it last night, she fully realized that it's for her own good, and said she was going to allow it today.. She also has bronchitis and a touch of pneumonia, and taking "breathing treatments" for that as well! SO IF YOU WOULD, PLEASE KEEP HER IN YOUR PRAYERS... ALSO, MY SISTER N LAW JUDY.. SHE FELL ON TUESDAY AT WORK AND HURT HER BACK!

The trip over there on Wednesday afternoon wasn't bad at all. Oh, but the trip back, was dark, stormy, raining , WINDY, and tree limbs and such all over the roads... SCARY!!! WHEN WAS WE EVER SOOOO GLAD TO GET HOME! THANK YOU GOD FOR A SAFE TRIP OVER THERE AND BACK (by the way, I hate being on the road... sometimes from Cov to Clifton is just way to far) LOL
IT WAS NICE SEEING HIS MOM AND SHOWING OUR LOVE AND SUPPORT.. BUT WITH THAT STORM, IT WAS A BLESSING AND A HALF TO BE BACK HOME AND SAFE!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH GOD... now for a load of laundry and to just kick back a few minutes and calm down... THANK YOU GOD!
