THREE WORDS FOR TODAY!
#1. MONDAY (need I say more?) EXCEPT THAT THIS IS THE DAY THE LORD HAS MADE.. WE ARE SUPPOSED TO REJOICE AND BE GLAD IN IT!! (for me and many others, it's hard in part because of this dreary, cold weather... messes with your mind and makes your bones and joints all hurt!!) Uggg!
#2. UNAPPRECIATED
1. Not recognized, as to quality or worth:  2. Not having risen in price or value 3. Unappreciated  not given or shown thanks or gratitude   4. Having value that is not acknowledged
#3. MISUNDERSTOOD

SOMETIMES, WE JUST NEED TO SIT BACK AND LAUGH IT ALL OFF.. AND REALIZE THAT  EVERYONE OF US HAVE A BAD DAY NOW AND THEN.. (this weather don't help any)
A good hearty laugh will make us feel good for a long time. Laughter is the best medicine in your ordinary day too: with humor you may find a whole new way of looking at your life. Find solutions you might not have thought of before. Some people laugh when they are embarrassed, some laugh when they are upset, some when they are wrong about something (or have done something wrong). But, even though those around you may not understand you (or even try to) be true to yourself... Truth is, there is nothing wrong with laughter or happiness. It is proven that even in work situations, laughter can make your day easier, more delightful, less stressful, and if those around you would just be kind and understanding, they could and would lighten up themselves. So, when you hear laughter, find some joy in their joy and happiness. You'll be glad that you did and it will help your day to be less stressful also.  Sometimes we take life way too seriously. We have been taught to run through our lives with such a speed we have no time to laugh. I remember reading that children laugh over 300 times in a day when adults laugh less than 15 times. 15! What happens to us when we grow up? Why does a lot of people criticize anyone for laughing? Where did laughter go? When we are able to laugh, we are in touch with life´s goodness. We feel life has a purpose. Laughter unites people - very different kinds of people can be together if they share the same sense of humor. Laughter is the best medicine in uniting people with differing views of life. I have seen the most unlikely couples stay together year after year - and I have noticed that they laugh together a lot. The ones who don´t share laughter, usually don´t stay together - and if they do, they don´t seem to be very happy in their relationship. So my personal opinion is that laughter is the best medicine in the relationship with our significant other also. Humor carries us a long way If you are down, laughing aloud may seem impossible. You may even look at laughing people and feel they are inconsiderate and loud. But if you are one of the laughing group, you´d never think that. You enjoy laughing too much. I have always said that the real saints of today are the ones who make you laugh. They give you the best gift - the gift of joy
