HI, I'M FINALLY BACK! SORRY I HAVENT BEEN HERE FOR AWHILE! DID YOU MISS ME? LOL

I started my (old) new job this morning. Back cooking for headstart while school is out. I am grateful for this summer job! I might as well work, Norman is working, so I might as well keep working, besides (like everyone else, or most) we can use the money! THANKS GOD, I AM GRATEFUL FOR MY JOB, AND FOR MY SUMMER JOB TOO!

Norman is thankful for his job as well.. and I am grateful for his job (since it's what the doctors thought to be best for him) "to keep a daily routine and to stay busy.. and we both Appreciate the extra income! THANKS GOD! AND THANK YOU FOR NORMAN'S IMPROVED HEALTH AND STRENGTH!

ALSO, we now have the complete garden planted, except for some pole beans once the corn get's up about a foot to eighteen inches. Thanks Jenna for the garden space and for helping, and thanks to Norman and Leisa (our partners in crime, lol) All of us will share it once it starts coming in and doing well ("please Lord") and we give HIM the thanks, glory and praise.

And I have been planting flowers, and bushes here and there up here on this wooded property of ours. I think it will add a splash of color "if they thrive and grow, and bloom". And I placed potted flowers in mulch all around the chicken pen. We finally got it about 90% done. They are in it already and love the covered yard, and sticking their necks through the fence and eatting my flowers (*-*) Guess that's what you get for trying so hard! I told the chickens they better chill out, I love fried chicken! LOL But NO WAY could I eat them! Norman did a really good job with the chicken house and yard. It's all so sturdy, and in the country, that's a terrific thing! Thanks God!  And thanks for the strength for all the hours we put in after working all day at work, so we could get these things done also. We deeply appreciate it, and all things...

Now for a cute little story, hope you enjoy it.. I love the "animal stories"
Once upon a time, there was a hungry fox that was looking for something to ear. He was very hungry. No matter how hard he tried, the fox could not find food. Finally he went to the edge of the forest and searched there for food. Suddenly he caught sight of a big tree with a hole in it. Inside the hole was a package. The hungry fox immediately thought that there might be food in it, and he became very happy. He jumped into the hole and when he opened the package, he saw there were a lot of food, bread, meat and fruit in it! An old woodcutter had placed the food in the tree trunk while he cut down trees in the forest. He was going to eat it for his lunch. The fox happily began to eat. After the fox had finished eating, he felt thirsty and decided to leave the trunk and drink some water from a nearby spring. However, no matter how hard he tried, he could not get out of the hole. Do you know why? Yes, the fox had eaten so much food that he became too big to fit through the hole. The fox was very sad and upset. He told himself, "I wish that I had thought a little before jumping into the hole."
Moral of the Story: Yes people, this is the result of doing something without thinking about it first. Right?
