BREATH OF LIFE..

"In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters."  ~Genesis 1:1-2~

~Breath of Life~

Through the leaves it rustles,

Wind dances on my skin:

It whispers of love,

How life did begin.

The Lord God formed man

Of dust from the ground;

I hear of this truth

As wind whistles ‘round.

God breathed into man

The breath of life;

Man became a living creature,

Then God gave him a wife.

God is the Source of life, Adam and Eve He did create;

His breath of life within me I now celebrate.

This life-giving breath God shares with you, with me;

Let us praise our Creator Now and for all eternity.

For what would we be If it were not for God’s love?

Surely we are nothing Without grace from Above.

Though You formed man Of dust from the ground,

To man Your tender mercies Eternally abound.

How I love You, O Lord, From You all life did begin.

I hear You in the wind, I feel Your breath of life within.

Work today for Head Start after dropping the kids off at home (just in case Norman got called in to work)... Ah, it was nice and QUIET today.. "just what the doctor ordered!" I appreciate the quiet sometimes (*.*) And still, I got extra work done.. things that lately I just couldn't seem to find the time to get done. But, I enjoy the looks "afterwards" (*.*)  And I appreciate my job and the insurance it allows me to have especially for Norman, and I do give my best! "just like we are supposed to" Colossians 3: 23-24 ..."And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ"

Soon as I was done, I picked Abigail back up (Nathan had other plans) and we met "Granddaddy" and ate taco's for lunch at the Mexican restaurant.. Then we went to Walmarts and got some groceries, especially for tomorrow, Jeff and Norman are coming up to help get that big claw foot tub out of the bathroom and to help lift the BIG shower stall into the bathroom.. (I'm just NOT as strong as I once was, I must be getting old).. Norman had went down town to get the last (hopefully) of the supplies we need for our bathroom remodel, so

 thankfully he got to go out with Abigail and I (*.*)  He works sort of just "on call, and whenever she has work that she needs done" but, he likes it and I guess that's what matters.. I am glad that it helps get him out now and then.. Tomorrow I am going to fix a big pot of chili for the boys.. if they don't have time to eat it here, I'll send them some home with them.. Mama don't fix it near as HOT as their Daddy does and they prefer the "milder" chili.. See, Mama does something right every now and then. (*.*) oh, by the way, our Taco didn't look like that (*.*)

She was just sooo cute, I couldn't resist.. Don't you think so?

(EVAN'S SISTER) AND HER HEALTH ISSUES.. GOD BLESS AND HEAL THEM PLEASE AND THANK YOU..  PRAYING FOR EVERYONE WITH CANCER AND THEIR FAMILIES AND CAREGIVERS..   PRAYING FOR OUR COUNTRY THAT GOD WILL BLESS AND GUIDE OUR LEADERS TO DO WHAT HE KNOWS IS BEST AND RIGHT FOR OUR COUNTRY.. PRAYING FOR OUR SOLDIERS, THAT THEY WILL ALL SOON BE BACK HOME SAFELY WITH JOBS TO COME HOME TO AND FOR COMFORT AND INNER PEACE FOR THEM AND THEIR FAMILIES... PRAYING FOR NORMAN, THAT THINGS WILL WORK OUT FOR HIM EVEN BETTER THAN HE'S HOPING FOR.. PRAYING FOR HAPPINESS, REST, LOVE, AND GOOD HEALTH FOR JENNA AND THE SELL OF HER HOUSE.. PRAYING FOR CHRIS, AND ALL THE TRAVELING HE DOES FOR WORK, AND HIS TOTAL SAFETY.. PRAYING FOR JEFF THAT HE WILL HAVE HAPPINESS AT WORK, AND A GREAT BIG RAISE, AND FIND TRUE HAPPINESS IN HIS LIFE...
