PROPERTY FOR SALE!

GREAT NEW PRICE.. BUY THE LAND, AND WE'LL BE GIVING YOU THE REST.. ONLY $35,000.00 (and it's pretty much ready to be moved into NOW) BUT, its for sale only.. sorry we cannot rent or rent to own...
I was reminded by an ad in the realty ads today in the paper.

I MIGHT BE ABLE TO TELL YOU SOMETHING (kind of a trick) TO HELP SECURE A LOAN! Most banks will NOT give a loan on "mobile homes". BUT If you apply for a loan for 3 + acres of land, with a newer well and septic  fully in place.. both
installed by professionals and only 5 years old..  It stands a much better chance of being approved! Yes, if you prefer.. you could mention a storage building 5 yrs old installed by professionals.. But, it should go for the land, well, septic, and underground electric already in place and already working fine !!! WHY NOT TRY??

WHAT A GIFT THIS COULD BE FOR THE RIGHT FAMILY!  TAX TIME IS RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER!!..
WE WERE ASKING $ 45,000. But we would accept $35,000.00 OR BEST OFFER! WE ARE READY NOW TO SELL! ARE YOU READY TO BUY?  THIS REALLY IS A GREAT DEAL FOR SOMEONE! Or use it for a rental beside or behind your own home??  We are  moving closer to town and work, and because of some very personal health needs. the next five pictures shows the front wooded yard in the different seasons.. we liked the trees and they provided privacy from the road over 300 feet away.. but sure, they could be cut down if you would prefer (and possibly sold as firewood or lumber) .. I am sure up here that there are plenty of people that would cut them down... They are mostly white oaks!

 the picture just above is the side of the metal building from Carolina Carports.. it is 5 years old and was professionally put together.. the picture here beside this is the front of the building and the picture below is the other end.. it has a roll up door and can be used for many things including a 4 wheeler or tractor or lawn mower.. whatever!

now this picture is of the chicken coop.. Norman took a (professionally installed double carport) and built a chicken coop inside of it.. and then built a real sturdy pen around the outside of it to have a safe place for chickens, but it "is really a double carport!" Or, as a pen could be used for a wonderful dog cage.. or whatever.. even for storage??? BELOW is the outside of this pen... and at the end of it... yet another double wide metal carport.. built in as a "storage building"




and this is another chicken pen and coop.. and all under a tin roof... it's only 18 months old or so..

we are in the process of moving.. and lots of cleaning outside.. so please don't mind the extra's.. most will be gone!
