EVERYONE NEEDS A HUG

The other morning when I was on my way to work.. (one of the days thankfully that we were 2 hrs late, and it was light outside).. As I walked up the steep hill, we call our driveway, there was a doe and buck standing there. They were standing so still, and she was cocking her head ever so slightly side to side watching me. As I was nearing my car.. she took a couple of steps in my direction. (I nearly froze!, watched to many tv stories of mean animals I suppose) So I stood still, and she stared at me.. then the buck took a step or two straight down the hill.. still nearer to me.. Gees, I didn't know what to do. I spoke softly to them.. "aren't you just so beautiful? I know this must be a special gift from God himself, to get wild animals this close to someone in the day time... I think He shows us His creations from time to time as a blessing.. And I felt honored! Thanks God, I appreciate the "gift". Thank You for all the blessings and gifts you bestow upon all of us. Thanks, with honor, love, praise and glory in Jesus holy name, amen.  (and no, this was not a picture from here.. just a picture in general.. even though the bucks rack was about the same size)

Then, on my way to work, I couldn't help but to remember reading about some thinking that the "unusual" movements of animals is God telling you that someone in Heaven was thinking about you.. Immediately, Mom and Dad came to mind.. (and NO, I am not saying that one thing had anything to do with the other) But, I love and miss them, and just sometimes things happen that make you feel close once again to them... Again, THANKS GOD!

IN MEMORY OF MY PARENTS, I OFFER ROSES... AND SHARE THEM WITH YOU..

Lamentations 3: 20 - 24
I well remember them and my soul is downcast within me. 21 Yet this I call to mind and therefore I have hope: 22 Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail.23 They are new every morning;  great is your faithfulness.
