Abigail came downstairs last night nearly at bedtime, and had us laughing so hard.. talking with a silly voice.. So much so, that it made both dogs bark at her.. "guess they were wondering what the Abigail look alike did with the real Abigail.. She even called and talked to her Mom and Dad like that.. they were laughing too.. 
or as she would have said "weak with laughter"
What a blessing our family is to us.. our three sons, two daughter n laws (and one yet to be again) and our five grandchildren! Absolutely precious, and we are grateful.

I was sitting on the love sofa recliner, leaning on my husband and his arm wrapped around me yesterday afternoon and we both fell asleep. I had an awesome dream about Mom and Dad being at my house for a meal and a visit.. it was so awesomely real!

Thank You God for bringing them back to us in our dreams, and thoughts, and keeping them always in our hearts.. We all miss them so much! And know they are waiting patiently in heaven for our turn to visit, and live there with them..

This is  one of the most . Everyone will go through some hard times at some point. Life isn't easy. Just something to think about. Did you know the people that are the strongest are usually the most sensitive? Did you know the people who exhibit the most kindness are the first to get mistreated? Did you know the ones who take care of others all the time are usually the ones who need it the most? Did you know the three hardest things to say are I love you, I'm sorry, and help me? Sometimes just because a person looks happy, you have to look past their smile to see how much pain they may be in. To all my friends who are going through some issues right now--let's start an intentional avalanche. We all need positive intentions right now. Hug someone real tight in your prayers, and reach out to those you feel need some extra love and attention.. it don't have to be a lot.. perhaps a visit, or a phone call, send a card, or stop by with a little something for them, or just a visit..

I have been sewing for the past several days.. I had some 6 pairs of curtains that needed cut off and hemmed (because we have gas/hot water baseboard heaters, I feel safer if the curtains don't touch the heaters).. Also, 4 window scarves, plus I hemmed 3 pairs of pants for work, and shortened the pocket on three pairs (right hand pocket for my phone).. Whew, I thought I was done, then Norman told me he has 4 or 5 pairs of pants that needs to be shortened, and hemmed. I'll have to do them tomorrow because I need to check the length. Won't be long now that I'll be going back to work. I had signed up as a sub to work this summer on the summer lunch program.. but, guess they haven't needed me, not even once. Oh well, I have been home and available! I would have liked to also worked it the four days a week that they do it.. but, guess not this year?

 Is love a word or is it a sound? 

And can it be easily found? - -
Those who live by the creed:

Is love a feeling or an action?
Or some lustful attraction? - -
Is it found in that moment of time, 

When all the world seems so sublime? 

These are frail attempts to love true.
For love found in its purest brew

For who can value Jesus Christ? 

His love for sinners never changes.
He who tracks the trackless ages,
He’ll keep our souls forever in grace
And will guide us on our weary race.

For Christ is love, a great love indeed.
And for all our sins he did bleed.
For he cares for those so unruly!
Christ is love, He loved - - so truly.

 Praying for you and yours today that God will wrap His loving arms around each of you and bless you spiritually, physically, emotionally, mentally, financially, and with His forgiveness, love, grace, guidance, inner peace, and mercies. Praying that He will bless those that are sick, hurting, lonely, jobless, or grieving in the special way only He can do. Praying for our soldiers, and their safety. Praying always for our country and that it will turn back to Him. AND ALWAYS, GIVING HIM MY LOVE, THANKS, HONOR, PRAISE AND GLORY IN JESUS HOLY NAME, AMEN.
