HAPPY MOTHERS DAY!

----------------------------------------------------------------------

A mother is like a flower, a rose to be exact,
or maybe like a brand new gate that never comes unlatched.
A mother is like an owl, both beautiful and wise.
or perhaps a mother is like a ghost,whose spirit never dies.

A mother is like those blades of grass you can never mow,
standing straight, tall, and proud in a perfect little row.
A mother is like a heart that goes on strong until the end.
We would not be in this world if we did not have a mother.
And could not live if we did not have a God.

In loving memory of JOHN "MICHAEL" our precious foster child

"OUR SON" in our hearts! Thanks God for sharing him with us!

FINGERPRINTS
Author: Unknown
Sometimes you get discouraged,because I am so small And leave my little fingerprints On furniture and walls. But everyday I'm growing And soon will be so tall That all these little fingerprints Will be difficult to recall. So here's a little handprint That you can put away So you will know how my fingers looked On this special day.

========================================

When we put his handprints on the pictures.. (and gave to the 'foster grandma's and for us.. and have since happily shared a copy with his birth Mom) but anyway.. after he put his print on the picture.. we could hold the picture up to him and he would hold his little chubby hand up and try to get it back into the same print on his own! (he was around 6 months old.. and oh so precious) We loved and still love him so much.. and will see him again in heaven.. (since that is his home now) Love ya Michael.. thanks Darlene for sharing him with us..

And thank You God for allowing us to be in his life, 'wish it could have been much longer.. but it will be for eternity someday.'
================================================

A messy kitchen is a happy kitchen and this kitchen is delirious. =========================================
