Come, speak to me of times gone by. Remind me of my dancing feet. Recall with me those days we knew the world was ours, and life was sweet.
Prayer for Laughter by John Agard
O for laughter to give us relaxed mouths
to rule our belly with tickles to come when not called. Laughter can embarrass us at times send us stitches in our sides shake us till the water reaches our eyes buckle our knees til we cannot stand we whose faces are grim and shattered we whose hearts are no longer hearty O Lord, giver of laughter we beg you, crack us up, please crack us up. Help us to enjoy life!

And LAUGH we did.. thanks to Mike (Norman's brother) He was acting auctioneer for the reunion.. Yes, during the reunion they have a little auction to help with supplying paper plates, bowls, and silverware and such.. And everyone has a lot of fun doing it also!!! Mike was the perfect auctioneer and everyone had a great time, and laughed soooo hard! Thanks Mike!
"HE SEEMED LIKE HE WAS HAVING A GOOD TIME TOO!" THANKFULLY

On the way to the reunion, my sister Betty Jo and I had a good chat per text messages.. LOVE YOU SIS! ENJOYED THE CHAT.. WISH WE LIVED CLOSER!
Your birthday is coming...!

After the reunion, we went to Walmarts for groceries for tomorrow.. Then when I got near Route 18.. it dawned on me that the tomato plants should be checked and probably watered. So I turned around out at the school and headed back to Moms.. well Jenna's other house (*.*) to check the tomatoes.. sure enough they needed attention! So, we decided that they would be much better off to be planted in God's good earth.. (and that garden is God's good earth, great soil, raised many terrific gardens). So, I changed into my tennis shoes (that was in the car from planning to plant them the other day) and we got busy! Planted 30 tomato plants, and 12 pepper plants.. Looked good when we left, thankfully. One of the "4 packs of tomatoes needed extra attention" and we tried to give them the extra. And we watered them with miracle grow and water (of course) ... So say a prayer that we will have a garden that would have made Mom proud! Oh, I hope so!
we love those 'garden tomatoes and peppers' we plan also on lots of green beans, cucumbers, watermelon, cantaloupe, squash, and even a pumpkin or two. (*.*) nothing like raising your own and canning them for the winter.. YUM!========================================================
"Please God, bless that garden especially this year.. and thank You in Jesus name." I personally feel like NOTHING is to BIG or to SMALL for God to care and bless, and even send His guidance. And we are so grateful!
PRAYING FOR ALL OF YOU AND YOUR FAMILIES TONIGHT AND EVERY DAY. PRAYING THAT ANOTHER 'BREAK THROUGH' OF INFORMATION AND PICTURES WILL COME TO PAST ABOUT OUR LITTLE BOY 'MICHAEL' (FOR US AND HIS BIRTH MOM ALSO) HE WAS SURELY A BLESSING TO US WHILE HE WAS IN OUR CARE! "LOVE YOU MICHAEL" AND HOPEFULLY MOM WILL GIVE HIM LOTS OF HUGS FROM US.. PRAYING FOR EVELYN, NOW BACK OUT OF THE NURSING HOME, BUT NO BETTER (PHYSICALLY) OFF, AND WON'T BE THIS SIDE OF HEAVEN... PRAYING FOR LEISA AND HER UPCOMING SURGERY. PRAYING FOR NORMAN, THAT HE WILL REGAIN STRENGTH, BALANCE, AND A LOT OF HIS HEALTH ISSUES WILL CLEAR UP.
PRAYING FOR JENNA AND BETTY JO.. "UNSPOKEN" PRAYERS... PRAYING THAT IT WILL BE COOLER AT WORK SOON AND EVERYDAY! AND AS ALWAYS, PRAYING FOR YOU AND YOURS!
