A DARK WAY TO START A TUESDAY MORNING

NORMAN HAD TO DRESS AND LEAVE FOR WORK THIS MORNING WITH THE POWER STILL OFF.. AND IT CAME ON JUST A COUPLE OF MINUTES BEFORE I WALKED OUT THE DOOR HEADED FOR WORK.. WOW, WAS IT DARK! AND BOY DID WE HAVE LOTS OF RAIN (but I am sure our well appreciated it, and we did for the well : )

ON THE ROAD AGAIN!!! TO AND FROM WORK TODAY, THEN "OFFERED" TO HELP WITH THE KIDS FOR A LITTLE WHILE (they really didn't need help, but I would have.. and I did offer) And I was glad when my husband got home from work. We didn't sleep hardly none last night for some reason.. then this morning I got up to go to the rest room (by night light) and TOTAL DARKNESS a few minutes after I got in there.. You should have seen me trying to fumble my way back to bed. LOL now that was a rude awakening! When it's dark up here in the country, ITS DARK! YouTube - God Will Make a Way I did run by the grocery store and buy something special to fix him for supper tonight.. Hope he likes it! I decided, tired as we are (and as early as it still is) NOT to do any more decorating today.. maybe tomorrow evening.. I have a couple phone calls to make today.. First, I need to call and find out what they told Leisa today at the specialist office.. and Secondly, I need to call Brenda and see if she is going to sing for us at the Retirement Home Christmas Party..

So far, no luck getting hold of either of them : ( Please help me Lord!!

I did get hold of Jeff and tell him I am bringing him some meds tomorrow! I'll be glad when he gets his medical papers in order.. And he and I got into a little silliness texting...Also my two sisters... LOVE ALL OF YOU!!!

I was waiting also for a response from Jenna about a Christmas "get together".. we were trying to set a date.. and I gave her the only two dates that might even cause us a little trouble.. but one was on a Tues and one on a Thurs. (neither one should make any difference) I guess she'll contact me when she finds out her work schedule.. "she works ALL the time!" .... ugg, makes me tired just thinking about the hours she puts in.. But she and Betty Jo are so special to me!!

Well, I guess I'm going to get my bath and kick back for just a little while before bedtime.. To tell the truth, I also need to get busy doing Christmas cards. We got our first one today.. THANKS DEBBIE AND ROBERT.. So, I need to get busy! And we got cards to fix to take to the Retirement Home Party.. so I really need to "Snap to" : ) --------------------------------------------------------------------
