GOD'S GUIDANCE...

GUIDANCE

When I meditated on the word Guidance, I kept seeing "dance" at the end of the word. I remember reading that doing God's will is a lot like dancing. When two people try to lead, nothing feels right. The movement doesn't flow with the music, and everything is quite uncomfortable and jerky. When one person realizes that, and lets the other lead, both bodies begin to flow with the music. One gives gentle cues, perhaps with a nudge to the back or by pressing Lightly in one direction or another. It's as if two become one body, moving beautifully. The dance takes surrender, willingness, and attentiveness from one person and gentle guidance and skill from the other.

My eyes drew back to the word Guidance. When I saw "G: I thought of God, followed by "U" and "I". "God, "U" and "I" dance." God, you, and I dance. As I lowered my head, I became willing to trust that I would get guidance about my life. Once again, I became willing to let God lead. My prayer for you today is that God's blessings and mercies be upon you on this day and everyday. May you abide in God as God abides in you. Dance together with God, trusting God to lead and to guide you through each season of your life. Prayer is one of the best gifts we can give or receive. There is no cost but a lots of rewards; so let's continue to pray for one another. And I Hope You Dance ============================================

WELL, THE TWO NORMAN'S WENT RIGHT AFTER WORK TO PICK UP THE PICK-UP... WENT OVER IN THE "LITTLE BLACK CAR" TO GET HIS MID SIZE TRUCK.. THANKS GOD, WE FELT YOUR PRESENCE IN THE WHOLE TRIP OF GETTING THIS TRUCK.. THEN AFTER THE PAPER WORK WAS FILLED OUT YESTERDAY AND SIGNED... TODAY WHEN HE WENT TO PICK IT UP.. THEY HAD WORKED OUT A MUCH BETTER DEAL!! ALL I CAN SAY IS "THANK YOU GOD!" ... THEY TORE UP THE OLD PAPER AND GAVE HIM THE NEW SET... THANKS GOD..

THANKS TO NORMAN J (our son) GOING WITH HIS DAD AND THEN DRIVING THE 'LITTLE BLACK CAR' BACK HOME AGAIN..
THIS ISN'T EXACTLY LIKE NORMAN'S TRUCK HIS SEEMS TO HAVE SOME DESIGN ON THE SIDES.. JUST GREY OR BLACK LINES OR SOMETHING.. BUT OTHER THAN THAT, IT LOOKS JUST LIKE HIS.. NORMAN JR CALLED ME ON HIS WAY BACK HOME TO TELL ME THAT THEY ARE ON THEIR WAY.. THEN HE SAID, "I GOTTA GO, NORMAN IS RUNNING OFF IN THAT LITTLE BLACK CAR, AND I NEED TO KEEP UP WITH HIM"... LOL

PRAYING HERE FOR A SAFE TRIP FOR THE TWO NORMAN'S AND THE LITTLE BLACK CAR, AND THE MID SIZED WHITE TRUCK... "GOD BLESS, GUIDE, DIRECT AND POUR YOUR LOVING MERCIES DOWN UPON THEM AND KEEP THEM SAFE, PLEASE AND THANK YOU IN JESUS HOLY NAME, AMEN."

ONCE HE GETS HERE, HE'LL HAVE TO RUN ME BACK DOWN SO I CAN PICK UP THE LITTLE BLACK CAR... WOW, I DREAD GOING OUT IN THIS COLD WIND AND DAMPNESS, BUT, I NEED THE CAR TOMORROW (since he's been taking it for days to work.. WE WERE SUPPOSED TO MEET JENNA, RICKY, JOHN AND JONI AT APPLEBEES FOR SUPPER TONIGHT.. BUT DON'T LOOK LIKE WE'LL HAVE TIME ONCE HE GETS BACK HOME.. MAYBE NEXT TIME.. SOMETIMES YOU JUST HAVE TO DO WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO.. AND THIS HAD TO BE DONE... (and since we didn't get to bring it home yesterday, it had to be done today.. but we got the emergency brake checked/fixed and a lot better deal today by waiting)
