Wow, what a tiring day.. well, to be truthful.. "It's Monday" and I was just tired before I even went this morning.. (and we were one co-worker short too) .. and seems like the "change" in weather (no matter how it changes, bothers this old arthritis and makes your bones tired and hurt) We are down now to four more work days, then we are off for two weeks.. "Christmas break, THANKS GOD!" But, I see things looking up once Norman comes home and we cuddle up on the love sofa (recliner) for a little while.. But first a good hot cup of coffee...
After work today, I gave Barbara a special gift (not expensive, but from the heart) Then went on to the post office and mailed our Christmas cards.. then ran by Walmarts for some necessities and him some (work soda's) and milk.. Then, Home Sweet Home!

He called me (as he does every evening) when he got off to see if I needed anything.. Then told me that he is stopping by the Kroger store for our "Christmas Ham".. we love those Cumberlin Hams.. delicious.. He got two at wonderful prices (they are on sale.. so it was like one of them was for free!) And, funny thing is he's as tired as I am.. So, I know he also is looking forward to a cup of hot coffee and to kick back a few minutes before supper..



Don't get me wrong, WE ARE THANKFUL FOR OUR JOBS... but just tired! Weekends seems to just absolutely FLY by and Ole Monday comes right back. We joke at work on Fridays (and we are off EVERY WEEKEND) but we'll say... "see ya in the morning" because sometimes it feels like it! LOL .... Oh, and Norman goes to the doctor tomorrow.. just for blood work and a simple check up.. "God bless, please!!! Please Father, take care of this husband of mine, and thank You."
