How often we wish for another chance

A FEW THOUGHTS AS THE OLD YEAR IS LEAVING....
Every evening the bank deletes whatever part of the balance you failed to use during the day. What would you do? Draw out every cent, of course?
Each of us has such a bank. It's name is TIME.
Every morning, it credits you with 86,400 seconds.
Every night it writes off as lost, whatever of this you have failed to invest to a good purpose.
It carries over no balance. It allows no over draft. Each day it opens a new account for you. Each night it burns the remains of the day.
If you fail to use the day's deposits, the loss is yours. There is no drawing against "tomorrow."
You must live in the present on today's deposits. Invest it so as to get from it the utmost in health, happiness and success!
The clock is running!! Make the most of today.

To realize the value of ONE YEAR, ask a student who failed a grade.
To realize the value of ONE MONTH, ask a mother who has given birth to a premature baby.

To realize the value of ONE HOUR, ask the lovers who are waiting to meet.
To realize the value of ONE MINUTE, ask a person who just missed a train.
To realize the value of ONE SECOND, ask someone who just avoided an accident.
To realize the value of ONE MILLISECOND, ask the person who won a silver medal at the Olympics.

IS IT JUST ME? OR AM I NOT THE ONLY ONE LOOKING FORWARD TO THE OLD YEAR LEAVING AND A NEW YEAR BEGINNING?
and how true it is that the old one HAS to leave for a new one to begin... SO, I AM THINKING... DON'T COUNT THE DAYS (of the old year or new) BUT INSTEAD, MAKE THE DAYS COUNT!

Praying for you and yours daily that God will bless each of you spiritually, physically, emotionally, mentally, financially, and with His unconditional love, awesome forgiveness, grace, inner peace, mercies, and a special blessing that only He knows you need. Help up please Lord to start the new year with an open heart, open eyes, and the knowledge You would have us to have, and FAITH to use it. Help us to be more faithful to You and helpful to others. Bless the sick, hurting and those that are grieving, grant them Your loving arms, comfort and inner peace. Please Lord, help all the soldiers and service people (policemen and such) keep them safe, and help them to do what's right and fair, in all cases please and thank You. Bless the soldiers and keep them safe, and grant them a safe and quick trip home to a loving home and an abundance of love, respect and jobs.
