WHEN YOU THOUGHT I WASN'T LOOKING 

A message everyone should read because children and others are 

watching you and doing as you do, especially when you aren't looking. 

When you thought I wasn't looking I  saw you hang my first painting on 

the refrigerator, and I  immediately wanted to paint another one. When 

you thought I wasn't looking I saw you feed a stray cat, and I learned 

that it was good to be kind to animals. When you thought I wasn't looking 

I saw you make a cake for someone.. "just because?", and I learned that 

the little things can be the special things in life. When you thought I 

wasn't looking I heard you say a prayer, and I knew that there is a God I 

could always talk to like a friend, and I learned to trust in Him.. When you 

thought I wasn't looking I saw you make a meal and take it to a friend 

who was sick, and I learned that we all have to help take care of 


each other. When you thought I 

wasn't looking I saw you take care 

of your house and everyone in it, 

and I learned we have to take care 

of what we are given. When you 

thought I wasn't looking I saw how 

you handled your responsibilities, 

even when you didn't feel good, 

and I learned that I would have to

wasn't looking I saw tears come from your eyes, and I learned that 

sometimes things hurt, but it's all right to cry. When you thought I wasn't 

looking I saw that you cared, and I wanted to be everything that I could 

be. When you thought I wasn't looking I learned most of life's lessons 

that I need to know to be a good and productive person, like you. 

When you thought I wasn't looking I looked at you and wanted to 

say,'Thanks for all the things I saw when you thought I wasn't looking.' 

Each of us (parent, grandparent, aunt, uncle, teacher, friend, co-worker) 

influences the life of others. How will you touch the life of someone 

today? Just by sending this to someone else, you will probably make them 

at least think about their influence on others. Live simply. Love 

generously. Care deeply. Speak kindly. Leave the rest to God. One of my 

all-time favorites. It's never too late. Stop. Look.....and LISTEN. ~ Gusto

 Don't know what's up with me lately, I have been dreaming of meadows.. weird thing though, I am always (except last night) up above the meadow.. looking down.. watching, and watching, and watching??? Now is that weird or what??

I just remind myself, that God creates the meadows as well as the rest of the earth, and there is beauty everywhere to be see, and I have seen a few in my dreams, all very beautiful and full of life and flowers.

Prayers for you and yours that God will wrap His loving arms around each of you and bless you spiritually, physically, emotionally, mentally, financially, and with His love, grace, peace, guidance, forgiveness, and the answer to a special "unspoken prayer" so that once again, you will KNOW it's completely from His love for you.  Praying for the hurting, the sick, the lonely and for the grieving. Please God wrap Your loving arms around each of them, touch them in a mighty way, as only You can. Praying for the jobless, and those in need of better jobs, that they will find suitable employment, and quickly. Praying for our soldiers that they will be guided and protected by Your angels, and quickly and safely return home to their loved ones and an abundance of jobs (and due respect). Praying for our country, that You will guide our leaders to help put You first again, and to do what's right and best (and Your will) for our country, and its people. Special thanks for the beauty and wonders of nature, and for the pleasure it gives us. GIVING YOU MY LOVE, THANKS, HONOR, PRAISE AND GLORY IN JESUS HOLY NAME, AMEN.
