Tonight while watching a movie with my husband, (trying to relax after a long day of going to the VA hospital today) another sweet precious memory came to mind. The movie was actually about a little Indian boy, another warm, fuzzy movie.. just the kind I like. It showed the boy and his grandfather crossing a field, and dandelions blowing in the wind.. Anyway the memory was of camping with my oldest granddaughter and her sister which is the third granddaughter.. Both are especially precious. They would pick up a dandelion, close their eyes, making a wish and blow on them. They (four of the five grandchildren) actually called them wish flowers. The seeds would scatter everywhere, as would their precious little wishes. (even though we know that God hears all of their precious wishes and dreams). Oh, the total innocence and belief of the children! How wonderfully precious and sweet. No wonder that Jesus loves the little children so much.
Matthew 19:13 Then little children were brought to Him that He might put His hands on them and pray, but the disciples rebuked them. Matthew 19:14But Jesus said, “Let the little children come to Me, and do not forbid them; for of such is the kingdom of heaven.”
JESUS LOVES THE LITTLE CHILDREN
JESUS LOVES THE LITTLE CHILDREN
Jesus loves the little children,
All the children of the world
Red and yellow, black and white
They are precious in His sight
Jesus loves the little children of the world.
WE LOVE YOU K & A !!!!
LOVE & PRAYERS GRANDMA AND GRANDDAD
DANDELIONS
They shook their trembling heads and gray
With pride and noiseless laughter;
When, well-a-day! they blew away,
And ne'er were heard of after!
