AH, REMEMBER THOSE OLD RHYMES?

DO YOU REMEMBER THIS ONE?

Mary had a little lamb

His fleece was white as snow

Everywhere that Mary went,

The Lamb was sure to go.

He followed her to school each day

Twasn't even in the rule

He made the children laugh and play

To have a Lamb at school.

And then the rules all changed one day

Illegal it became

To bring the Lamb of God to school

Or even speak His name.

Everyday got worse and worse

And days turned into years

instead of hearing the children laugh

We heard gun shots and tears

What must we do to stop the crime

That's in our schools today

let's let the Lamb come back to school

And teach our kids to pray..

JUST AS I AM

Just as I am, without one plea,

But that Thy blood was shed for me,

And that Thou bidd'st me come to Thee,

O Lamb of God, I come, I come.
Just as I am, though tossed about

With many a conflict, many a doubt,

Fightings and fears within, without,

O Lamb of God, I come, I come.
Just as I am, of that free love

The breadth, length, depth, and height to prove,

Here for a season, then above,

O Lamb of God, I come!

Dear God, thank You for Your love for us, and for making a way so we can spend eternity with You. Thank You for Jesus, and all the sacrifice made on our behalf.

Father, thank You for forgiving and saving us. Thank You for Norman, our family, our extended family, our church families (both old and new), our friends, co-workers and neighbors. Bless each of us please spiritually, physically, emotionally, mentally, and financially, and with inner peace and safety. Help us to show You love and forgiveness in our daily lives, and to live for You and in Your will for our lives. Please be with the soldiers, and their families, grant them protection, inner peace and comfort. Be with and bless our country, help us to have health care, and JOBS abundantly, but most of all PLEASE help this country to once again put You first in all things. Thank You Father for everything You have done, are doing and will do. Accept please our humble love, honor, thanks, praise and glory for You in Jesus Holy name we pray, amen.
