Today is Barbara's birthday. I got up early this morning and made her two pounds of one of her favorites to take to her. PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE. Also, I am taking her a card, with the below verse. She is my Solid Rock at work, and I try my best to be the same for her. It's great to have each other, true friends, and sisters of the heart, to help each other make it through the trying times at work. THANKS GOD!

You are the reason a lot of times that I can get through my work day, (and I try to be the exact same for you) THANKS, I love you in Christ, my Sister.
I will miss you this summer, when we are off! But then we'll just have a lot to share when we go back in August. Plus, we can always call each other, thankfully.

Dear God, thank You for Your special and unchanging love for us. Thank You for forgiving and saving us, help us to be forgiving and loving towards others. Thank You for Jesus, our Light and our Way. Thank You for the friends You put into our lives, help us to also be really special friends to others. Thank You for Norman, our family, and the love, closeness, happiness, we all share, and for all of our lives and health, safety, and our inner peace. Thank You for Your grace and mercies. Thank You Father for our extended families, our church families, our friends, neighbors and co-workers. Bless each of us SPIRITUALLY, physically, emotionally, mentally, and financially and with peace and forgiveness. Be with and lay You healing hand on my Mom please, grant her peace and comfort please, and help her to be able to breath more comfortably. Bless my sister Carole, and help her through this bells palsy, draw her closer to You, please and thank You. Father, please bless our country, and draw the leaders and the people closer to You and more in Your will and plans for us.
