EVER BEEN JUST LOST IN PEACEFUL THOUGHT?
THANK GOD IT'S FRIDAY! WHAT A WEEK, BUSY, BUT NOT A BAD WEEK, JUST SEEMED TO BE A LONG WEEK. HOW ABOUT FOR YOU! YHEA FOR FRIDAY!================
OH ME, OH MY... WHAT CAN YOU SAY?

Years ago, a little farmers boy told his father that he was in sincere need of $100.00
(He was wanting to buy a mare and colt from one of his friends parents)
The father (without money himself) just didn't know what to say, so he thought for awhile..
Then he told his son, You know Sonny, the best thing I can tell you to do is to write to God, and let Him know of your 'need' and yes, even tell Him what you are wanting the money for.
So the little boy sat down and wrote the letter..
"Dear God, I don't ask for much, but please help me out.. My Daddy said that it's all in Your hands. Everything is, I am told. I really need $100.00 to buy a mommy horse and her baby, my friend Tommy's parents have to sell her to pay for a doctor bill, and I sure would love to have her.. After a while when she's feeling better, I could even ride her, and God, I'll share her with Tommy." Sincerely Sonny.
When the mail carrier picked up the folded letter addressed "DEAR GOD" (no envelope or stamp) he showed it at the post office. They decided to mail it to the President of the United States.. well, it touched the president's heart.. so he personally sent Sonny a crisp $20.00 bill
But then when Sonny got the letter from Washington DC he was surprised.. and when he opened it, for sure there was a crisp $20.00 bill Sonny went running out in the field to his Daddy and said, "LOOK HERE, GOD SENT ME THE $100.00 I ASK FOR AND DOG-ON IF THE PRESIDENT AND HIS BUNCH DIDN'T KEEP $80.00 WHOLE DOLLARS OF IT!"

Well, two of our precious little grandchildren came home with us today. We are happy to have any or all of them. All of them are so PRECIOUS TO US! And we know that as they get older and older, they will stay less.. when they get a certain age, 'grandparents are boring' ... But we love their company, for as long as they want to come..God bless, guide and protect each of them, please and thank You in Jesus name.

It's supposed to rain some this weekend, I'm glad to be off.. guess we can kick back 'some' and just spend time together. He doesn't have anything that 'has' to be done this weekend, and I can work in the house 'some' and kick back some ; } Like 'Abby' says, "I love life" I guess I'll have about another 6 weeks to work then I plan on taking a couple weeks off to house clean and clean the patio and such, then hopefully I'll find something else special to do (another job).. I don't know what yet, but God has plans, I know He does!

Some of the ladies at church wanted to take my box of jewelry home with them, and a few of them get together.. they sure seemed excited about 'looking at it' I hope they find something they like. It was fun for me just seeing their reactions to all of it! God Bless! They seem to be a very loving bunch of ladies, and we are blessed to have found a good Bible believing, Bible teaching church with such sweet people so close to our home. Thank You God! Some of them are so sweet and loving, you've just got to love them. Special for sure!

Dear God, thank You for Your awesome love, thank You for forgiving and saving us, thank You for Your grace and mercies. Thank You God for Jesus, our saviour, our redeemer. Thank You for Norman, our family, our love, closeness, happiness, health, safety, our homes, jobs, our everything. Help us all to be drawn closer to You and to live in Your will for our lives. Thank You for our extended families, our church families, our friends, neighbors and co-workers. Bless each of us please SPIRITUALLY, physically, emotionally, mentally, financially, and with inner peace and safety. Forgive us please our daily sins, and help us to be forgiving and loving towards others. Be with Bro John's daughter, lay You healing hand upon her and upon their families hearts. Ease their worries and bless them please. Also, please be with our country, lead, guide and direct our leaders and bless our country. Draw us all closer to You and more into Your favor please, help us all to put You first in our lives. Father, we thank You for everything You do, and give You our love, thanks, honor, praise, and glory in Jesus Holy name we pray, amen.
