YOUR LIFE IS A RAINBOW?

A rainbow is a blessing

Of a covenant to keep

God placed it in the sky

To say His promise was complete

And so I send to you

A rainbow blessing too

For you to know the touch of God

His loving vow for you

For He will always keep you

And hold you in His hand

For the color of His heart

To forever understand

Every shade of His palette

Is made to liven up your world

To see all of His beauty

His wonder to unfurl

May red tell you of His gift

Orange,the joyful fruit of life

Yellow the glow of golden sunshine

Green, the growth within His light

Blue the heights of heaven above

Indigo, His endless depths

Violet His royal reign

All the promise of the love He sends.

Have you ever stopped to think of life in colors?

You know, I mean as the times of your life?

The rainbow is symbolic of the faithfulness of God's promise.We can only see a little of God's lovingA few rich treasures from His mighty store,But out there - - far beyond the eyes horizon There's more, immeasurably more.

Like perhaps RED, the first color of the rainbow.. perhaps it could be CELEBRATIONS? Love, Marriage, Birth of your children, weddings, or grandchildren, Perhaps anything joyous, or any celebration! Good news.. SPIRITUALLY, JESUS BLOOD, GIVING SO FREELY FOR US.

Next is ORANGE, this could be the happy days, no matter what they are! A good job, (or any job in these times), a new car, a terrific home, (or there again, any home these days), anything that makes you happy.. Perhaps just a lovely day, or a special meal?? Terrific, yet not quite the same as the RED ones. SPIRITUALLY, JESUS HAPPY DAYS ON EARTH, THOUGH THEY WERE FEW IN YEARS, HE WAS LOVED

NEXT IS YELLOW.. This could be the sunshine, flowers, a new puppy or kitten, even a lovely rainbow, fresh garden foods, a simple act of kindness when you least expect it. A praise (even a small one) at work, when you rarely ever hear anything but criticisms.. A terrific TV show or movie.. a warm fuzzy thought or act.. that special look from your mate, or a special grin from your child (no matter the age) or grandchild. SPIRITUALLY, JESUS AWESOME RESURRECTION, PROOF TO SO MANY THAT HE WAS OUR KING, OUR SAVIOR

GREEN FOLLOWS, how about the green in spring, awesome isn't it? The trees beginning to be renewed... The green of new flowers peeping through the ground, after a long winter.. A "go ahead" at something you've been waiting for.. a green light can be terrific if you are in a rush.. the green of payday (yet usually wishing it could be stretched a lot further) but just think if you didn't even have it at all... SPIRITUALLY.... 'RE-BIRTH', OUR FIRST STEP TOWARDS ETERNITY WITH GOD

NEXT IS BLUE.. Ah, the blue sky's.. the blue of a loved ones eyes.. the blue of a singing bird.. or a chattering blue jay.. yes, even blue can be awesome and fuzzy and warm.. SPIRITUALLY, THE SKY, HE AROSE UP INTO THE CLOUDS, AND WILL RETURN IN THE CLOUDS (AMEN)

INDIGO follows, maybe that could be for the sadness, or loneliness we all have once in a while, You notice that there is just this one dark color (dark spell) in the whole rainbow.. and we know also that there are times in every one's lives where there is sadness and we are blue.. SPIRITUALLY.. SADNESS, Psalm 30:5 For His anger is but for a moment,His favor is for life; Weeping may endure for a night

THEN VIOLET... the happiness returns, and things are 'looking up', happy days ahead.. and yet we can only take life one day at a time, and make the best out of what we are giving. SPIRITUALLY, Psalm 30:5 ... ^ , But joy comes in the morning.

Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for Your love, patience, forgiveness, and the salvation planned for, and offered to us. Thank You for Jesus, and all His sacrifice He so willingly made in our behalf. Thank You for my husband, our love and marriage, our family, our extended families, our church families, our friends, neighbors, and co-workers.. Bless each of us please spiritually, physically, emotionally, mentally, and financially and with inner peace, hope and safety. Father please be with and touch Mom with Your healing hand, and grant her inner peace and comfort. Thank You for being with BJ and her good news, and with JW and his improvement. Please be with our country Lord, and draw us all closer to You and into Your favor and help us to live more pleasing to You. Thank You Father for all You have done, are doing and will do, everything.. and we give YOU our love, thanks, honor, praise and glory in Jesus Precious name, amen.
