REMEMBER WHEN?

'NATE' AND MARCUS
DO YOU REMEMBER HAVING SLEEP-OVERS?

'ABBY' AND CHYANNE
LONG TIME FRIENDS, EVER SINCE DIAPERS AND BOTTLES!
BORN JUST ONE WEEK FROM EACH OTHER ; )
and they are typical girls, squealing and giggling!! but precious!
jumping from game to game, laughing and talking
They played outside for awhile, then on the computer, watched a tv program, and now playing with magnets and wooden turtles (go figure)

THE PICTURE AT THE TOP IS HER BROTHER 'NATE' AND HIS FRIEND MARCUS.
TAKEN TONIGHT ALSO.. THEY ARE HAVING THEIR OWN SLEEP-OVER!
they too have laughed and laughed! both are very sweet and special boys. They have played on the computer, and are now playing on the ps3... they too have been long time school friends, and have had MANY sleepovers over the years. I mean, they have laughed so much that my jaw's hurt : } and we have enjoyed all four kids being here. (By the way, the bottle in the top picture in the window is Cream Soda, I just don't want ANY MISUNDERSTANDING, soda and coffee is the strongest thing we ever have or allow in our home) Thank You God for Good Friends, and THANK YOU ESPECIALLY FOR ALL OF OUR GRANDCHILDREN!

Norman, Jeff and Norman J. finished getting the work done for Chris today.. I hope that he and Lily are happy with it! Personally, I thought it looked really nice (but then maybe I'm a little predigest), and Chris' idea for the hall way was really cute. Norman was glad to be 'of service' to one of our family for once. Usually it's the boys helping us do something ; ) "thanks God for a loving family

Today thankfully is FRIDAY! THANK YOU GOD! And for me, it 'was' my little 'exchange day' ! But, I am thankful for what it was, it helps some, and I am thankful for health enough to 'help out' for whatever it's worth. I do know one thing for sure, Even a SMALL PAYDAY IS BETTER AND MORE HELPFUL THAN NO PAYDAY! And, I am still praying for 'full time' with benefits for Barb and I, (and at this point, I do realize that it couldn't be before school starts again, but that will come pretty quickly, and will be very appreciated if we can get on). So, again, please keep this in your prayers, for both of us please and thank you.

I really wish I would have taken a picture of K and A today. (they are my first and third granddaughters) Just beautiful, and A has really dark (as close to black as it could be) hair, and K's hair is a light brown, and was so pretty down, and just full of beautiful waves or small curls.. I love it, both have really thick hair..(well in fact all 5 of our grand children have really thick hair) Hard to believe that they are as grown as they are. I surely love them, and I am so thankful for each of them.

Norman J., Leisa and Jeff went tonight and helped my sister Carole get moved. I don't know how much they got done, her kids and my sister Jenna were helping too.. I told Leisa to tell Carole that I was helping (behind the scenes, by watching 'Nate' and 'Abby' so they could help) ha.
I hope and pray that she'll be happy in and with this house. She should have plenty of room, for sure. Her daughter used to live in this house a few years back. Anyway, I hope how quick they get done, I am sure it's been a long day for them today. They are both sweet fella's, and Leisa is a hard worker and really good hearted!

My Hope is Built
My hope is built on nothing less
Than Jesus’ blood and righteousness;
I dare not trust the sweetest frame,
But wholly lean on Jesus’ name.
Chorus: On Christ the solid Rock I stand;
All other ground is sinking sand.
All other ground is sinking sand.
