AH, A DELICIOUS SALAD FOR A HOT DAY!

DON'T YA JUST LOVE THE FRESHNESS

OF SPAGHETTI SALAD?

I tell you it's quickly becoming on of my favorites!

IT'S DELICIOUS, if you prepare it a couple of hours

before time to eat and put it in the refrigerator to cool.

I do mine a little different than this dish,

but try it, we really like it!

The difference is, I break my spaghetti up into just

a little larger than bite size pieces.

That for us makes a sweet difference.

We add diced tomatoes, peppers, cucumbers, onions,

and finely diced celery. (you could use green onions,

and even carrots) Then for the dressing, our

favorite is 1/3 cup canola oil,

1/3 cup of white vinegar

1 packed of the chicken flavoring out of

Ramon noodles YUM and we

add 8 packets of sweetener (he can't use sugar)

1 tablespoon of parsley flakes

Mix together, put onto salad and mix well..

IF YOU WANT TO MAKE A MEAL OUT OF THE SALAD

OR JUST DRESS IT UP SOME

YOU COULD ADD SHRIMP, OR FRESH MUSHROOMS,

OR EVEN WATER CHESTNUTS, OR SLICED BLACK OLIVES

TO NAME ONLY A FEW..

Today we added it with our Sunday lunch of

Fried ham slices, scalloped potatoes topped with

crushed Sour cream potato chips

Baked beans with bacon and Hot dogs

a Veggie Tray & Biscuits

A good cold fruit salad for dessert!

Church today was as awesome and loving as ever.

How lucky we are to be able to freely gather

and praise and worship God.

After church, they took a few minutes and

honored one of the deacons and his wife on

their marriage of 25 years.

LOVE, MERCIES AND GRACE.

Norman, Leisa and the kids came up for lunch.

We enjoy all of them coming in for lunch.

THANKS TO EACH OF YOU!

Pray for Leisa still, she really isn't well and won't

be until she has her health issue taken care of.

She goes tomorrow to find out some more details

so keep her in your prayers that all will work out

really quickly now, and that the doctor will really

do a great job of caring for her. And that the doctor is

under God's guidance, and healing will be quickly,

safely and without problem.

Today the ladies go back to church at 5:30 for

a ladies Bible Class.. It is supposed to last nearly

throughout the summer. I am going to try to

attend, at least as often as I can. LORD'S WILLING

We always go back in at 7:00 anyway, but that just

adds another hour and a half to Sundays time at

church. I can't think of a "better place to go" ; )

Thank You for Norman, (our lives, love, health,

closeness, safety, marriage) Thank You for our family

our extended families, our church families, our friends,

neighbors, and co-workers. Bless each of us please spiritually,

physically, emotionally, mentally, financially, and with

inner peace, happiness, and safety. Bless our country please and

guide us all closer to You. Father bless Leisa, Frances, Mom and

Barbara's Mom, heal their health issues please. Bless Joann

and help her and the kids to have inner peace and happiness

even though her husband is overseas. Grant him protection

and inner peace please and thank You. Father, bless all

of our soldiers with protection and grant them and their

families inner peace. Thank You for all You do Lord, we

give You our love, thanks, honor, praise and glory in

Jesus Holy name, amen.
