PERFECT DAY FOR A BEACH PARTY

TODAY WOULD HAVE BEEN A GREAT
DAY FOR A BEACH PARTY!

FOR THE YOUNG FOLKS, OR EVEN THE YOUNG AT HEART!
------------------------
BUT WE (OLD FOGIES) JUST STAYED IN AT THE AIR CONDITIONER
KICKED BACK AND RELAXED
(after we got the plants watered early this morning,
they thankfully are still doing fine,Thanks God.)
---------------------------------
Hope all of you are keeping cool!
These babies above look pretty "cool", don't you think so?
I just couldn't resist ; ) , they are precious.
(no wonder Jesus loved the little children so much)
======================
Mom went through a CT scan today, one of the easiest test
as far as being painless. Not sure yet what the results of it will
be. They are trying to find out where else the cancer might be.
So, please do keep her in your prayers.
Thanks, and GOD BLESS
---------------------------
I was told this morning that Bro John and Sister Jane's
daughter passed away yesterday. So please also keep
them and her son Chris in your prayers.
BLESS & COMFORT PLEASE GOD.
==================
Continue praying for Barbara's Mother and her medical
issues, as well as for Norman's Mother. God Bless both of them
===================
And continue praying for Leisa and my brother Tim
they are both scheduled next week to have surgery.
God bless both of them please and help them to have
speedy recoveries.
====================
And keep Norman in your prayers, he's having trouble
keeping his sugar down. For his benefit, I would like to see
him find a decent part time job, two or three days per week
(for the routine that the doctors tells him that he needs).
And a little extra income wouldn't hurt ; )
===================
Pray for me too (and everyone that wants a job)
I would like to find a good full time job with benefits.
Already I pretty well know that this (my third year) will
still be only part time (with no benefits) Unless God steps
in... with HIM Nothing is Impossible!

WHISPERING HOPE
Soft as the voice of an angel,
Breathing a lesson unheard.
Hope with a gentle persuasion,
Whispers her comforting word.
Wait till the darkness is over,
Wait till the tempest is done.
Hope for the sunshine to morrow,
After the shower is gone.
Chorus: Whispering hope,
O how welcome thy voice,
Making my heart in its sorrow rejoice.
Hope has an anchor so steadfast,
Rends the dark veil for the soul.
Wither the Master has entered,
Robbing the grave of its goal.
Come then O come glad fruition,
Come to my sad weary soul.
Come Thou O blessed hope of glory,
Never O never depart.
Chorus
If in the dusk of the twilight,
Dim be the region afar.
Will not the deepening darkness,
Brighten the shimmering star?
Then when the night is upon us,
Why should the heart sink away?
When the dark midnight is over,
Watch for the breaking of day.
Chorus
-------------------------
Dear God I just really want to thank You.
Thank You for Jesus, and His sacrifice.
Thank You for Your unchanging love, Word,
grace, promises, blessings, and mercies.
Thank You for forgiving and saving even me.
Thank You for Norman, our lives, health, safety,
love, closeness, and marriage and all that goes with it.
Thank You for our precious family, our extended families,
our friends, neighbors, and co-workers. Bless each of us
spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally, financially and
with inner peace, grace, and safety. Bless all those above in
the ways that only You know that will be a blessing. Bless our
country and guide all of the leaders. Above all, help everyone
to KNOW THAT YOU ARE GOD, AND THAT YOU ARE IN CONTROL.
Protect our soldiers please and bless them and their families (Jody)
with inner peace, safety, and happiness. Thank You God for
everything, and we give You our love, thanks, honor, praise,
and glory in Jesus precious name, amen.
