OH MY, WHAT DO YOU SAY?

EVER HAD ONE OF THESE DAYS?
Dear God, I called tonight to talk a little while,I need a friend'
who’ll listen to my anxiety and trial…
You see, I can’t quite make it through the day just on my own.
I need your love to guide me, so I’ll never feel alone.
I want to ask you please to keep,my family safe and sound.
Bless my Mom and comfort her through this illness,
and keep her from serious harm. Yet Thy will be done.
Come and fill their lives with confidence
for whatever fate they are bound.
Give us faith, dear God, to face each hour throughout the day,
not only for us, but help us know what to say.
And not to worry over things we can’t change in any way.
I thank you God, for being home and listening to my call.
for giving me such good advice when I stumble and fall.
Your number, God, is the only one that answers every time.
I never get a busy signal, never had to pay a dime.
So thank you, God, for listening to my troubles and my sorrow.
Good night God, I love you too, and I’ll call again tomorrow.

===========================
Mom and Gene came up for supper tonight,
she made me promise not to make anything extreme...
So I fried hamburgers and made gravy (she loves gravy as
much as I do) mashed potatoes, green beans, pasta salad,
biscuits, garden tomatoes and peppers sliced, and refrigerator
pickles and beet pickles (that I had canned last year, well,
the beans too) and for dessert we had a bowl of watermelon
and cantaloupe (real good and cold). Nothing fancy or extreme.
THANKS GOD, THAT SHE FELT LIKE COMING!
--------------------------------
Only thing is that just before she left she ask me if
I would can the beets she has planted when the time comes.
I told her "you know I'll do anything for you that I can do, and that
I can do" ... She said "not for me, you know I won't be needing them"
; ( I tried to comfort her as she cried, and stood and held onto her
in a long hug.. I told her you don't know that. She just looked at me
and said, "don't I"? GOD BLESS!
LORD, PLEASE GIVE ME THE
RIGHT WORDS OF COMFORT TO GO ALONG WITH THOSE
LOVING HUGS, PLEASE AND THANK YOU IN JESUS NAME.
=====================
She goes tomorrow for a CT SCAN to find out where
else the cancer may be... So please keep her in your
prayers, and GOD BLESS

'LORD,' Draw Me Close
Draw me close to you
Never let me go
I lay it all down again
To hear you say that I'm your friend
You are my desire
No one else will do
Cause nothing else can take your place
To feel the warmth of your embrace
Help me find the way
Bring me back to you
You're all I want
You're all I've ever needed
You're all I want
Help me know you are near(repeat)
Draw Me Close
Draw me close to you
Never let me go
I lay it all down again
To hear you say that I'm your friend
You are my desire
No one else will do
Cause nothing else can take your place
To feel the warmth of your embrace
Help me find the way
Bring me back to you
You're all I want
You're all I've ever needed
You're all I want
Help me know you are near(repeat)
