who was coming to visit with his wife:
"You come to the front door of the apartment complex.
I am in apartment 14T. There is a big panel at the door.
With your elbow push button 14T. I will buzz you in.
Come inside, the elevator is on the right.
Get in, and with your elbow hit 14.
When you get out I am on the left.
With your elbow, hit my doorbell."
"Grandma, that sounds easy, but why am I hitting
all these buttons with my elbow?" the grandson asked.
"You're coming empty handed?"

Well we found out today that my Mother's cancer
is more widely spread than we thought. ; (
They told her today that she has cancer on her hip,
her femur, and her jaw.. along with what she had already
been told (which was in her lung, on her sternum,
her thorax and in her back) So, she goes back again this
week for even more test... then they are supposed to
tell her this upcoming Friday what kind of treatments
they want to do for her... SO PLEASE KEEP HER IN YOUR
PRAYERS. GENE TOO, HE'S TAKING IT REALLY HARD
AND HE'S NOT WELL HIMSELF.

Pray for Norman's Mother, and her upcoming
surgery (next Thursday)

Pray too please for Norman, he's still not feeling
well. His sugar has been high for weeks now.
(he takes 7 pills every day for diabetes plus a shot
..... then his other medicines). He just feels really
run down and tired all the time.

Pray for Leisa and her upcoming surgery on
the 28 th. (we hope for her sake that they
don't delay it any further)...
She is just wanting to get it over with, heal up
and go back to work, I think, without the
pain and problems she was having. So pray for a
safe operation, and a speedy recovery for her please.

Pray for my oldest son, Chris. He travels so much
for work, so I pray for his safety. And the safety
of his wife and their two daughters while he's away.

DEAR GOD, THANK YOU FOR JESUS AND HIS SACRIFICE.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR PERFECT LOVE, WORD, MERCIES,
GRACE, BLESSINGS AND FOR FORGIVING AND SAVING
even me. Thank You for Norman, our lives, health, safety,
love, closeness and marriage. Thank You for our precious family
and our extended families, our church families, our friends,
neighbors and co-workers. Bless each of us please spiritually,
physically, emotionally, mentally, financially (so many have
financial needs now) and with inner peace and happiness.
Father, bless those names mentioned above, and the prayers
of each person reading this and thinking of others. You know
all of the needs of everyone. How great You are. Bless our country
please, and guide our leaders (no matter who they are, they are our
leaders and all needs our prayers) Draw us all closer to YOU please
and help everyone to see and KNOW that You are GOD AND
IN CONTROL. Protect our soldiers please and be with them
and their families and grant them grace, inner peace and happiness.
