HOPE ALL OF YOU HAD A WONDERFUL DAY TODAY!
WE LOVE ALL OF YOU.
HAPPY 17th. ANNIVERSARY
WITH SO MUCH LOVE!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
One day last week, I was making some biscuits, and happened to remember
of how much that Chris as a little boy used to love raw dough!
What a precious little boy he was tooo!
Even though he was always a big boy (not fat by any means, just big for his age)
He weighed 9 lbs 4 oz at birth ... my very first son!
Oh, the 'special love' a Mother feels especially for her firstborn.
GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR FAMILY!
NOW THAT CHRIS IS WORKING OUT OF TOWN FOR AWHILE,
THIS SONG IS TO HONOR THEM... WITH LOVE!
Friend, I Wrote Your Name
I wrote your name on a piece of paper, but by accident I threw it away.
I wrote your name on my hand, but it washed away.
I wrote your name in the sand, but the waves whispered it away.
I wrote your name in my heart, and forever it will stay.
(now for fun)
A couple were celebrating their Golden Wedding anniversary.
Their domestic tranquility had long been the talk of the town.
A local newspaper reporter was inquiring as to the secret of the
long and happy marriage. 'Well, it dates back to our honeymoon,'
explained the husband. 'We visited the Grand Canyon and took
at trip down to the bottom of the canyon by pack mule. We hadn't
gone too far when my wife's mule stumbled. My wife quietly said,
"That's once." We proceeded a little further when the mule stumbled
again. Once more my wife quietly said, "That's twice." We hadn't gone
half a mile when the mule stumbled a third time. My wife took
a pistol out of her pocket and shot the mule. 'I started to protest
over her treatment of the mule when she looked at me and quietly said,
"That's once." : )
Church was awesome today as always. One of the girls that
goes there had taken a missions trip to Peru and was showing
pictures, a few little video's and explaining all about it.
Then Donald (our very loving preacher) called everyone who
works in the schools to the front, then the ones going to collage,
then high school, middle school, and grade school students to
the front also. Then some of the congregation came up and laid hands
upon us and prayed for and with us. Very touching, very loving,
and I for one am thankful that they are very caring. And the main
point was that each of us be able to show God's love to others..
and to be "of service to others, the way God would have us to be"
Then also for God's blessings to be upon each of us..
"THANKS GOD FOR SUCH A LOVE FILLED CHURCH,
MAY WE ALWAYS FEEL YOUR PRESENCE THERE!!!"
And Thanks Donald, and Donna for being such loving
leaders and so freely sharing and showing His love.
---------------------------------------------------
each person closer to You. Help all to see and know that
You are God and fully in control. Thank You Holy Father,
