BACK TO WORK TODAY

REALIZING THAT NOTHING HAS REALLY CHANGED

"THANKFULLY, THE GOOD PROBABILITY OF A RAISE

But, as for the rest, "as little and unimportant,

as it made us feel... we figured as much already,

sad to say"

But, GOD IS IN CONTROL..

SO YOU JUST NEVER KNOW HIS PLANS,

NOR WHICH PRAYERS HE WILL ANSWER WITH A

"YES" SO WE WILL JUST KEEP HANGING IN THERE AND PRAYING..

(the meeting come to think of it, lead me to make one decision

that I had been praying about.. hopefully the way He wants me to lean)

GREAT DAY FOR A BIG POT OF GOULASH! DELICIOUS!

This is my family version of a goulash recipe

'never use ground duck, or any other kind of duck!' LOL

1 pound elbow macaroni

1 pound ground beef

1 small onion diced

1/2 small green pepper dice

1 or 2 tablespoons minced garlic (more or less to taste)

salt and pepper to taste

1 large can of crushed tomatoes with basil

1. Brown ground meat with the onion, pepper and garlic.

2. Add canned tomatoes w/ juice

(If you add extra tomato juice it makes it more juicy and improve the flavor )

3. Let simmer for about 15-30 min

4. Cook Macaroni drain and combine

5. Add one season packet of Zesty Spaghetti seasoning

6. Let simmer for another 15 minutes

Here is the part that makes a big difference.

For each serving.

Fill up a bowl half-way with the goulash,

then put a layer of mozzarella shredded cheese

Then fill the rest of the way up with goulash,

and again cover with cheese (to taste)

Let it sit for a minute for the cheese to melt. ENJOY!!
