Two visitors came to see me, both at the same time,
Both were trying to win control of my body, heart, and mind
One was dressed quite plainly, one dressed fit to kill,
I couldn’t see the battle they were waging for my will.
One promised to give fame, friends and riches beyond compare,
Anything I wanted, it seemed, and while I was standing there,
He showed me how life could be, for a little while at least,
I couldn’t see beneath the clothes, to recognize the beast.
The other told of hard times, of sacrifice and pain,
Ridicule and persecution, nothing much to gain,
But there was something deep in this visitor’s eyes
That made me feel to choose Him, somehow would be wise.
I guess you know the outcome, I hope my life reflects,
The one I picked, the path I chose, the one that He directs.
But now at last I see Him, as He truly is THE KING!
So, did I choose so poorly, I wonder as I sing…
Eternal praises to my God at last in heaven’s city.
Could I have been richer, more popular, what a pity-
For now all I have to show for the pain and unkind laughter,
Is a crystal mansion on a street of gold, living happily ever after.

WE WENT BY TODAY AND SAW LILY, KAYLA, ANNA, AND CHRIS.. SO GOOD SEEING EACH OF YOU AND ... "LILY, I AM GLAD THAT YOU ARE ON THE MEND" IT TAKES A WHILE, BUT LOOKS LIKE YOU ARE DOING REALLY WELL, AND WE ARE GLAD! THANK YOU GOD!
AND PRAY FOR CHRIS AND ALL THE TRAVELING HE HAS TO DO FOR WORK
AGAIN, IT WAS GOOD SEEING ALL OF YOU! LOVE AND PRAYERS ALWAYS

FROM THERE, NORMAN GOT CALLED INTO WORK.. THREE TIMES!! And since I didn't take my car, I choose to ride along and just sat in the truck and read some stories in a wonderful book that Norman got me.. "thanks babe"

When we got back to Covington, I ask him if we could just swing through Mallow and see the house that had caught fire... God bless! Thankfully no one was hurt!
And... Jenna was at her "other house" so we stopped by there.. Norman (our son) was there too, working on electric.. She was painting here and there.. Busy, busy, busy.. Wow.. Frances also stopped by and Chris ran over too for a few minutes.. Really nice.. Jenna is changing the house to suit her.. but I KNOW THAT IT WOULD ALSO PLEASED GRANDMA (the first owner) AND MOM AND DAD.. "GOD BLESS" "It was really good seeing all of them! Love to each of you!"

BLESS HER HEART, SHE HAS CAREFULLY, CHOSEN HER PAINTS FOR EACH ROOM AND REALLY PUT SOME TIME AND EFFORT INTO PLANNING FOR EACH ROOM.. WE LOVE YOU GIRL, AND ARE WILLING TO HELP!AND SHE IS LETTING US USE THAT WONDERFUL GARDEN SPACE AGAIN THIS YEAR.. THANKS JENNA... WE WILL SHARE WITH YOU!
Norman's rain deflectors came in on Saturday morning.. And he and Norman got them on Saturday evening... And, they look nice.. Also Norman gave him a big tool box for the back of the truck.. terrific.. now he has a place to safely leave his tools THATS A BLESSING TOO... THANKS SON!=========================================
We ran by and got a few groceries and stopped by and picked the kids up and headed home (*.*) (*.*) (*.*) (*.*)

PRAYING FOR EVAN AND ALL THE CHILDREN WITH EB, CANCER AND EVERY OTHER DREADFUL DISEASES.. AND THEIR FAMILIES...PRAYING FOR EVERYONE WITH NASTY OLE CANCER.. SUCH A DREADFUL THING.. GOD COMFORT, HEAL AND BLESS EACH AND GRANT INNER PEACE TO THEM AND THEIR FAMILIES AND CAREGIVERS.. PRAYING FOR EVERYONE NEEDING A JOB AND (OR) THE WANT AND WILL TO WORK! UNSPOKEN PRAYERS FOR JENNA AND BETTY JO AND HER FAMILY.. PRAYING FOR OUR COUNTRY AND GOD'S GUIDANCE UPON IT.. PRAYING FOR ALL OF OUR SOLDIERS AND THEIR SAFE AND QUICK RETURN HOME AND THEIR PEACE OF MINDS AND SOULS AND THAT OF THEIR FAMILIES.. PRAYING FOR CHRIS AND ALL THE TRAVELING HE HAS TO DO FOR WORK.. THANKING YOU FOR JEFF AND NORMAN JR'S JOBS, AS WELL AS FOR MINE.. PRAYING FOR ALL THE "UNSPOKEN REQUEST, AND NEEDS" .. (and asking that you'll pray with us about ours) PRAYING ALSO FOR THE FOLKS AT "THE RETIREMENT HOME" MANY ARE REPORTED TO HAVE A NASTY VIRUS!..PRAY ALSO FOR THE COOK DOWN AT THE RETIREMENT HOME, SHE HAD A STROKE! AND THANKING GOD FOR ALL HIS GOODNESS, HIS LOVE, GRACE, MERCIES, GUIDANCE, AND BLESSINGS.. THANK YOU GOD IN ALL THINGS IN JESUS HOLY NAME, AMEN..
