"That Strange House?"

"THAT STRANGE HOUSE ? " by Nathan Kimberlin (2 yrs ago)
A boy and his sister were walking away from their campsite, that old lot they've been camping on for years. In the years that they have stayed there,  There was only one spot that they hadn't been to, for fear of snakes, that old heap of what had once been a house, but is now just a jumble of boards, warped glass, and tin roofing.

On that faithful day that has surly changed their lives, they took up arms (sticks), and dashed to that strange house before they could change their minds, and started plundering the remains of that strangehouse. Eventually they found an old book that had been buried under some bricks where a fireplace had once been, the book only had one symbol on it's leather bound spine. Before the boy could stop his sister, she opened the book...... and the world twisted and went black all around them, in what felt like hours later they woke up...... somewhere........ "different"! Thanks Nathan Lee.. our favorite.. (one and only gandson) We love you sooo much!
                   ----------------------------------------------------------------

Looking forward to the warmer weather of today and tomorrow. Nothing really planned.. just wanting to enjoy all the warmth from heaven that I can get before the cooler weather sits in! It has been a strang year for weather I think, do you agree? When we were thinking warm, it felt like late fall.. even in the spring.. then part of spring felt like summer and summer felt as much like fall (of all stages) as it did summer??? geez.. you just have to keep all types of clothes available, year around.. Lol

Guess we are climbing that upward hill.. step by step .. One day at a time.. but boy oh boy is time ever flying by.. Here it is the last week of October already! Unbelievable! So, that means we have to take each day and love, appreciate, and enjoy it to its fullest.. because we never know what tomorrow may bring! So, without worry or strife... just give God all the glory in all things and take it all one day at a time!!
Praying for you and yours, and that you will be fulfilled spiritually, physically, emotionally, financially and with inner peace, safety, comfort, and grace. Praying for those that need jobs, that they will find a good decent 40 hr a week job.. Praying for the sick and suffering..God bless, heal and comfort please and thank You. Praying for all the soldiers and their families, God protect and keep them all safe please and thank You. And praying for Chris to have safety to and from Roanoke on a daily basis and Norman Jr to have safety travening to and from Bath County daily (both are traveling for their jobs) Thank You God for this and all things in Jesus holy name we pray giving You the praise, honor, and glory in Jesus Holy name we pray, amen.
