ARE YOU BLESSED?

If you woke up this morning with more health than illness,

you are more blessed than the million people who will not survive the week.
If you have never experienced the danger of battle,

the loneliness of imprisonment, the agony of torture or the

pangs of starvation, you are ahead of 500 million people around the world.
If you attend a church meeting without fear of harassment,

arrest, or torture of death, you are more blessed

than almost three billion people in the world.
If you have food in your refrigerator, clothes on your back,

a roof over your head and a place to sleep,

you are richer than 75% of this world.
If you have money in the bank, in your wallet, and spare change

in a dish some place, you are among the top 8% of the world's wealthy.
If your parents are still married and alive,

you are very rare, even in the United States.
If you hold up your head with a smile on your face and are truly thankful,

you are blessed because the majority of us can, but most do not.
If you can read this message, you are more blessed than

over two billion people in the world that cannot read anything at all.
When you compare our day to day problems with bigger

problems around the world our troubles may not seem so large.

I'm told that Mom had a very "upsetting" day..
Honestly, she had an upset tummy all day!
(maybe it's from all that she 'don't eat... because she eats
very little most days, and drinks even less! )
Again, I didn't go over there.. just in case...
I don't want to chance adding to her illness.

I started my nebulizer/albuterol today (again)
Guess that is what it will take to clear this cough up..
The other medicine helps prevent me from coughing as much..
But this one should clear my lungs "Lord's Willing"
I went today, but didn't get into to see a doctor!
Can't get in for a couple of weeks (*.*)
I tried! and could have appreciated some antibiotics.
But with my sister's knowledge, and the meds I already
had, and the few I got yesterday, hopefully we'll get this cleared up.
But I did get the doctors office to fax some info to the
new insurance company (prospective) that we are trying for
Papers that this company considered a "must"..
(first it was about cholesterol.. now about bronchitis..
wonder what will be next?)

Norman told me this evening that Nathan and Abigail are
feeling better. Both are on meds and doing much better, and not
contagious (and haven't been for a couple of days, according to the doc)
So, I am glad of that.. Kids, bounce back so quickly, THANKS GOD!
I love these two laughing and playing with each other..
It's so cute, and special!

Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for Jesus, and His great sacrifice.
Thank You for Your perfect love, Word, grace, forgiveness,
salvation, mercies, and inner peace. Thank You Lord for our
family, our extended families, our church families, our friends,
neighbors and co-workers. (help me to get well and back to work
on Monday please). Bless each of us spiritually, physically, emotionally,
mentally, financially (jobs for all who wants one) and with inner peace
and safety. Be with the sick, dying and hurting please. Wrap Your loving
arms around each of them and help them, Thy will be done. Bless also the
caregivers please. Bless our country please and guide our leaders, draw
us all closer to You and more into Your will for our lives. Thank You
