CHRISTMAS HEIRLOOMS

Up in the attic Down on my knees
Lifetimes of boxes Timeless to me
Letters and photographs
Yellowed with years
Some bringing laughter
Some bringing tears
Time never changes
The memories, the faces
Of loved ones, who bring to me
All that I come from
And all that I live for
And all that I'm going to be
My precious family
Is more than an heirloom to me
Wise men and shepherds
Down on their knees
Bringing their treasures
To lay at His feet
Who was this wonder
Baby yet king
Living and dying
He gave life to me
Time never changes
The memory, the moment
His love first pierced through me
Telling all that I come from
And all that I live for
And all that I'm going to be
My precious Savior
Is more than an heirloom to me

My precious Jesus
Is more than an heirloom to me

Poor Mom was confused a long time during the night last night.
Partially because of the cancer gone to her brain, and partially
(possibly) because of the lack of oxygen. Her oxygen intake is still
very little (one lung is completely filled with fluid, and the other filling fast
so, low oxygen to feed her body and mind! (*.*)
Today when she got up, she ask for the phone.. Jenna ask her who
she was going to call and she said ARRITTS (funeral home)
And she said today repeatedly that JOE IS COMING TO GET ME TODAY..
Even was rather happy about the idea! She also says she wants to GO HOME!
(Dad died 20 years ago, will be 21 in January)
Makes ya feel so helpless!
She did know us this evening, but was still confused from time to time,
and so weak. Still not eating, and drinking very little too.
GOD BLESS AND COMFORT PLEASE AND BLESS JENNA TOO,
FOR ALL OF HER EXPERIENCE, LOVE AND EFFORTS!

MERCY ME!
When we got home this evening,
one of our cats had been sick (those nasty hairballs)
but...
just as you would figure,
RIGHT ON MY SIDE OF THE BED : /
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Honestly, that is all I needed tonight!
So, I am doing laundry! (*.*)
UGG, maybe I will sometime get our house decorated for
Christmas! If not, I'll make a birthday cake for Jesus and
call it a day! I PRAISE HIM EVERYDAY!
But, I am hopefully going to start getting my Christmas cards in the mail..
