SAVOR EVERY STEP

 My daughter, I ask you

When you go about your day,
Moving here to there
Upon your pathway,
Remember to take time
To hear wind in the trees,
To feel the pure delight
Of a soft springtime breeze;
To smell the fragrant flowers
That grow in the fields,

To enjoy the fruit  That My provision yields; To marvel at the birds
As they soar in flight; To gaze upon the stars As they sparkle at night;

To smile at the butterflies

As they dance to and fro,
To rejoice in the roses

As they blossom and grow;

To play with your children

In their carefree games,

To delight in the music
Of calling their names;
To be still in My presence,
To know I am here,
To celebrate the truth
That I am always near;
Please, My daughter,
I ask of you these things,
That you may experience fully All My grace brings. So remember to take time
To hear wind in the trees, To feel the warmth of My love

Bringing you to your knees; Yes, my daughter, I ask you When you go about your day, Savor every sweet step Of your purposeful pathway.

YES, WE HAVE LITTLE BABY BANTAM CHICKS... SO TINY AND CUTE.. AND SOOO ACTIVE..  AND FOUR FEISTY "BANNY" MOMMY HENS...

THEY HAVE JUST EXPERIENCED THEIR FIRST TRIP OUTSIDE.. AND JUST LOVED IT.. THEY WATCHED THE HENS AND DID THEIR BEST TO DO THE VERY SAME THINGS...

Well, school is almost over for the 2012-2013 school year.. with June 12 being the last day of school.. which is 3 more days this week.. 4 days next week (we are off Monday for Memorial Day) then a full week of 5 days and another 3 days makes the 12th..  So...15 more days of regular school and I'll have 7 days to work for Head Start (cooking, breakfast and lunch, like I have the past 2 summers) Then the Head Start Program is leaving our school.. So, I have 22 more days to work and I'll be off for the summer.. Unless God shows me another job, or lays on my heart of where to go for a job for the summer..

WOW, 22 DAYS! I CANT FIGURE IF I AM EXCITED AT PERHAPS TAKING THE SUMMER OFF OR JUST LOOKING FURTHER TO FIND SUMMER WORK?? KEEP THIS IN YOUR PRAYERS PLEASE AND THANK YOU.. ALSO NORMAN HAS SAID HE WOULD LIKE SOME WORK TO DO.. SO, MAYBE WE'LL BE OUT LOOKING.... ANY IDEAS???
