"THAT STRANGE HOUSE ?"..by Nathan Kimberlin

THIS IS NATHAN LEE.. OUR ONLY GRANDSON.. HE IS SPENDING SOME TIME WITH ME TODAY.. SO WE HAVE FOUND A LOT TO TALK ABOUT.. INCLUDING STORIES.. IT WAS BROUGHT UP ABOUT OUR GRANDDAUGHTERS, KAYLA, ANNA AND HIS SISTER ABIGAIL WRITING STORIES AND POSTING THEM ON THE BLOG LAST YEAR.. 6/12/12.. 6/13/12.. 6/14/12.. 6/15/12.. AND 6/16/12 .... AND HE SAID, "I WOULD HAVE ...." SO I TOLD HIM.. YOU WRITE ONE, AND I'LL GLADLY POST IT.. SO, ENJOY!

AND HERE IS HIS STORY..

"THAT STRANGE HOUSE ? "

A boy and his sister were walking away from their campsite, that old lot they've been camping on for years. In the years that they have stayed there,  There was only one spot that they hadn't been to, for fear of snakes, that old heap of what had once been a house, but is now just a jumble of boards, warped glass, and tin roofing.

On that faithful day that has surly changed their lives, they took up arms (sticks), and dashed to that strange house before they could change their minds, and started plundering the remains of that strange house. Eventually they found an old book that had been buried under some bricks where a fireplace had once been, the book only had one symbol on it's leather bound spine. Before the boy could stop his sister, she opened the book...... and the world twisted and went black all around them, in what felt like hours later they woke up...... somewhere........ "different"!

 This morning, Nathan and I were out in the yard, looking at the new bunnies and watching them enjoy their BIG cage..  >>>

THIS IS THE LITTLE GIRLS.. "Aspen" (the black bunny) "Callie" beside her.. and then "Tally" the brown and white bunny.. Cute aren't they??? But, oh mercy they grow sooo fast!

then we walked over to what is going to be transformed back into the cage for the big rabbits..

Then both cages will be 4 ft by 8 ft.. and we are thinking that for the big rabbits, they "may, or could" have another double Decker cage.. with the second story being just pretty much the hutch.. OF COURSE, WE HAVEN'T RAN OUR IDEA BY GRANDDAD YET... AND HE'LL HAVE THE FINAL SAY! USUALLY DOES (*.*) But we both thought the rabbits would LOVE having the huge space times 2 (stories)... and the way we've got it figured it shouldn't cost any extra! AND THAT'S THE GOOD PART...  SO, WHY NOT??? .... we also have one other rabbit.. a dwarf bunny.. (I'm not sure if this one is "Sir Bacon Bits" or "Mr Squiggles") But we have had it the longest.. it's mostly black and smaller than the two BIG white rabbits.. THEY ARE GETTING BIG!

 PLEASE KEEP MY SISTER JENNA IN YOUR PRAYERS.. SHE IS STILL FIGHTING PNEUMONIA.. SEEMS LIKE THE FIRST MEDS FAILED TO CLEAR IT UP!!!.. MAKES IT RIGHT RUFF AND REALLY AGGRAVATING! HOPE YOU SOON FEEL BETTER SIS.. LOVE YA!

 ALSO, PLEASE KEEP JAKE AND FRANCES IN YOUR PRAYERS... HE IS FIGHTING  CANCER... AGAIN! AND GIVING IT HIS VERY BEST! "HANG TOUGH JAKE, WE ALL ARE PRAYING FOR YOU!" AND KEEP FRANCES IN YOUR PRAYERS TOO.. A MATE (WIFE OR HUSBAND) GLADLY, GOES THROUGH SO MUCH WITH THEIR MATE.. BUT I CAN TELL YOU FIRST HAND, ITS STRESSFUL AND SCARY AT TIMES.. GOD BLESS BOTH OF THEM ALSO PLEASE AND THANK YOU!

PRAYING FOR OUR FAMILY! AND FOR EACH OF YOU AND YOURS.. THAT GOD WILL WRAP HIS LOVING ARMS AROUND EACH AND GRANT US ALL HIS WONDERFUL AND UNCONDITIONAL LOVE, BLESS US ALL SPIRITUALLY, PHYSICALLY, EMOTIONALLY, MENTALLY, FINANCIALLY AND WITH INNER PEACE, LOVE FOR EACH OTHER AND FOR OTHERS, HIS MERCIES, HIS GUIDANCE, AND GRACE..
