GROWING UP... NORMAN WAS WITH 2 OF HIS BROTHERS AND ONE OF HIS SISTERS HERE, AND FOUR OF HIS COUSINS. 


BACK IN THE DAY, DIDN'T WE ALL RIDE ON THE BACKS OF PICK UPS? 

AND HIS DAD FOREVER HAD A PICK UP TRUCK!

This one was taken at the Pawn Shop a few years ago... Of course he has on his trusty ole cowboy hat.. He has several, and loves each of them!

This is the birthday card his Mom gave him this year. (pretty amazing since our family have just proved that our relatives are of Monacan decent, and been approved as tribal members)... 


And the inside of the card says: "Yet I will rejoice in the Lord; I will take joy in God of my salvation. God, the Lord is my strength. " Habakkuk 3: 18-19

Really wonderful to have her as our guest yesterday for a love filled Sunday meal. She blessed each of us with so many cute, and wonderful stories. Some very old stories, and some very recent. What a blessing to still have her in our lives. (she will be 89 years old in August)
