Oh the memories, how precious and priceless they are!
Especially on cool, breezy days like today was, Monday to boot!
Thinking most often brings back such sweet memories!
Memories of your own childhood, or your children's childhoods..
Precious and priceless. I hope it does for you as well.
My youngest son and two of his children were here yesterday, they are getting so excited about camping. And so the memories came back of my childhood, and my children's childhoods. Camping always played a big role in our lives. When I was a child, often our family went camping with my grandparents. And when my children were young, we took them camping, often with their grandparents. And now he is wanting to take his children camping some (in the same camping ground with his grandma, his kids great grandma) I think that's awesome! And his kids are old enough now to remember the memories they make with her also! Thanks God. How special. God is so good, and always faithful! Even when we don't deserve it, and I guess we rarely do. My grandmother died when I was carrying him, so he didn't get the chance to be with her, but gratefully his children still has two great Grandmothers! That's awesome!

Precious Memories
Precious memories, unseen angels.
Sent from somewhere to my soul.
How they linger ever near me.
And the sacred past unfolds.
In the stillness of the midnight,
Echoes from the past I hear.
Old time singing, gladness ringing.
From that lovely land somewhere.
Chorus: Precious memories how they linger,
How they ever flood my soul.
In the stillness of the midnight.
Precious sacred scenes unfold.
As I travel on life's pathway,
I know not what the years may hold.
As I ponder hope grows fonder,
Precious memories flood my soul.
I have a special note of thanks for tonight. We were looking and praying for some more affordable health insurance, and found it today. Same name brand, and hopefully even better coverage. We'll actually get the full plans soon and all the paperwork has been done, and we were both accepted, (which is a miracle on it's own). THANK YOU GOD!
I am so glad that nothing is to small, or big to talk to You about. Thanks for the patience, determination, and most of all Your help and guidance. I am sure Your helping hand and guidance was in this one! How great You are. We know that we could not make it without You.
How great is our God, sing with me
How great is our God, and all will see
How great, how great is our God
Dear God, thank You for Your love for us, and for Jesus and His huge sacrifice. Thank You for loving and saving us. Father, thank You for our family, our extended families, our church families (both old and new) our friends, co-workers and neighbors. Bless each of us spiritually, physically, emotionally, mentally, and financially, and help us to follow the path You have planned for us. Please be with Mom and Gene, help her breathing Lord not to be so labored, and her pain to be dulled. Be with BJ and help her please Father, ease her worried mind, and help her with her health issue. Be with JW and JD and help them with their pain and health issues. Father, we give You our sincere thanks, our love, respect, praise, honor and glory in Jesus Holy name, amen.
As always, if you would like to comment on this post or any post on my blog, please feel free to do so. I look forward to hearing from you. Have a terrific evening and GOD BLESS!
