EVER JUST WANT TO CURL UP AND NAP?

Today was one of those days for me. I just had to take me a short nap when I got home from work. My "favorite" place to nap is on our love sofa, in my hubby's loving arms. Ah, what a safe, love filled, peaceful feeling.

I got called in early to work today (to my surprise) and boy were we busy all day! Whew! But once again, I am grateful for my job! And still praying that it will be full time soon, Lord's willing!

22 days left to work this year, (unless we have to go back to clean or pack)

yesterday, I miss counted because of Memorial Day...

The kids are already so wide open!!! Gee, where does all that excitement and energy come from?

Now, I am down to just the two corsages, and the bows on the three corsages (I already had one corsage made, and only need three).

Yep, I finished the 10 extra table arrangements with the candles.

I even sent them down to her on Sunday, Hope she likes them!!

and thankfully, my hand is healing fine

I got up from my nap a while ago and made the salad , and baked the cake for the group that the church is feeding tomorrow evening. The cake smells so good in there cooling off.. I haven't put the icing on yet. It was a fudge marble cake with chocolate butter cream icing. (they are pretty good, we've had them before) and the salad is my macaroni salad.

I hope they like both of them.

Now for a good warm bath, and to get things ready for bed. I guess I had better have things ready for work in the morning in case I get called in early again. Two of the ladies were out today. If they were sick, I hope they are feeling better. GOD BLESS

Father God, thank You for Your awesome Son, and Your love, mercies, grace, plans, and peace. Thank You too for forgiving and saving even me. Forgive me please my daily sins. Help me please to be forgiving and loving towards others, and to live pleasing to You. Thank You for Norman, our loving family, our extended families, our church families,our friends, neighbors, and co-workers. Bless each of us please SPIRITUALLY, physically, emotionally, mentally, financially, and with inner peace and safety. Father, we lift Mom (and her back problem) up to You, Leisa and Carole and their health problems up to You tonight. Please take care of all of them and let them feel Your presence in their lives, draw them all closer to You, please and thank You.

Bless our country please and be with each soldier, grant them inner peace, guidance and safety. Draw our country closer to You and into Your favor. Father, we thank You for all things, and give You our love, thanks, honor, praise and glory in Jesus holy name, amen.
