Day 6 of the 7 day scripture challenge given me by Robin Hall....John 10: 27 My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me. 28 I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one can snatch them out of my hand. 29 My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all; no one can snatch them out of my Father's hand. And today, I ask Sherry Honaker Bess and Brenda Rhoten to participate in this 7 day scripture challenge and to challenge 2 people each day in order to help spread the gospel.  FOR TOMORROW, I HAVE CHOSEN A VERY SPECIAL ONE WITH A VIDEO THAT GOES WITH IT..

The Snow Birds
It had snowed very hard. Ralph and Edward, who were visiting Grandma in the
country, had to stay in the house all day.
When they went to bed it was still snowing, and every time they woke up during the night, they could hear the wind sighing and whistling around the house, and through he branches of the old pine trees.
But the next morning the sun was shining brightly. Such a glorious day! How the branches of the pine trees did sparkle.
"It looks as if they had been sprinkled with gold dust and diamonds," exclaimed Ralph.
"Oh Grandma! Please do hurry breakfast. We are going out to build a fort," cried the boys, bursting into the dining-room.
Grandma smiled and told them to eat a good breakfast, for building a fort was hard work. They were soon out in the snow, and what a splendid time they did have. The fort did not grow very fast, for they had to stop so often to snow-ball
each other. When Grandma called them in to dinner they wondered where the time had gone since breakfast. After dinner, Ralph was looking out of the window, when he spied some little birds cuddled up on a branch of a pine tree.
"Oh, Edward! come here," he called. "See those poor little birds. They look half frozen and so hungry." "Poor little things," replied Edward. "Doesn't it make you feel mean to think what a jolly time we had this morning out of the snow which has covered up the places where they get their food?" "Let us get some food from Grandma and throw it out to them," said Ralph. "Perhaps they will find it."
The little birds were soon chirping and flying about merrily and Ralph said it sounded as if they kept saying, "thank you." Will not other little children be as kind as Ralph and Edward?

Praying for you and yours tonight and nightly that God will wrap His loving arms around each of you and bless you spiritually, physically, emotionally, mentally, financially, and with His love, forgiveness, mercies, grace, guidance, and a special blessing that only He knows you need. Praying for those that are sick, hurting or grieving... That He will do for each of you exactly what you need done, He knows exactly what to do, and has the mighty ability to do it all.. Nothing is to big or to small for Him to take care of. Praying for every one's "unspoken prayer request", and ask that you'll also pray for ours. Praying for our country, and it's leaders... (maybe if enough of us pray for them God will guide them to search for Him and mighty things will be done for our country, and in God's will) Praying for the safety and protection of all of our soldiers, and that they will return quickly and safely home to loving families, due respect and a terrific job to come home to. Praying for my nephew Glenn.. he had an accident today, thankfully he wasn't hurt but I feel sure he was shook up.. so Joann.. we're praying for Glenn, Joann (his wife) and the family.... Keifer and Lyndzie.. God bless and grant comfort and inner peace to each of you. AND TONIGHT AND NIGHTLY, GIVING THANKS FOR EVERYTHING IN JESUS HOLY NAME WITH LOVE, RESPECT, PRAISE, HONOR AND GLORY ALWAYS GIVEN TO YOU LORD. AMEN.
